Horrible Manager encounter 5/15/25. I ordered a XL Carmel Hot coffee with 2 creams and 1 liquid sugar and headed to work I got to work and took a sip and it was bitter so I looked at the label on the cup and it said regular coffee I opened the cup and the coffee is dark. When I called the store I was told to bring the coffee back or bring it back tomorrow so they could pull the camera and see, SEE what I am not sure so I ask for the mgr and he said I am the manager. First of all why would I leave my job and go back to the store and second of all why would I lug a full cup of coffee from the office back to my car and drive home with it leave it in my car overnight only to take it back to them the next day. Sir why are we playing a game of hee haw? He said he has to pull the camera why, did I rob your store sir. Sir I can afford a cup of coffee I don’t have to lie to you over $3.51. Remember it’s the customer that has your business open and as a business owner sometimes you have to take a small loss ESPECIALLY since your employee made the mistake. It’s water and a few coffee grains along with some cream and sugar. I told him I would write a bad review for the store to which he replied YOU DO THAT. This place used to be 5 stars but now After coming here for years I’ve had a terrible experience. On the afternoon on Sunday April 7 I pulled up to the drowsy was I’ve always done for years, there was new staff members who would refuse to add caramel on top of my drink which is something I’ve been doing for years. After talking with the person and told him I’ve been doing it for years he said no he cannot and wouldn’t do it and wouldn’t even refund me my money back. Idk understand because it’s what I always ordered and I paid for it. It’s how I like my drink. He’s a new person there working. Then when I asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager which seemed like a lie. Long story short the new staff members are terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go back. I’m even worried about my drink and food now. I come everyday and buy drinks and food for my entire family and now I won’t be coming back ever again. I ordered through the app to pick up my order at the drive thru. As I went to speak to the box to let them know what I was picking up, the worker spoke very loud saying "yes, what do you want?" so I told them what I was there for. Almost immediately after saying "mobile order for-", he cut me off saying "yes yes yes, come inside". Granted, we did show up within the last hour of operation but I didn't expect for be as rushed rushed as we were when they have a set closing time.
