Legend Subs, Wings & Kababs — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I used to frequent this place often...at least once a week because the food is decent. The last time I ordered from here I ordered one of their wraps in which I received the wrong one. I made sure to call and let them know that they gave me the wrong food. the man I spoke to ensured me that the next time I ordered from them he would take care of my order. I asked his name and he told me his name was "Ricky". I knew something was off because he's Indian so his name definitely was not that. My c-worker and I called today to order the same wrap they messed up last time only to have them hang up on us. I went to LEGENDS just to make sure he knew he was hella rude. He told me he didn't hang up on me and that it was the phone that hung up blank stare I told him "ricky" said that he would take care of my wrap this time since they messed it up last time. He said, "There's no Ricky here". OHHHHHH so you lied on top of being rude and being messy. You would think they would give me fresh hot fries...NOPE the fries were cold AND old. So I said this to say, if you want horrible service, old food and bad customer service please be sure to order here. As for me and my coworkers, we've torn up their menus. Thanks but...

Spent 60$ on a delivery for wings, a salad, a wrap and mozzarella sticks. Got a call that they didn’t even have mozzarella sticks. Food arrived cold, ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad, got a garden salad with grilled chicken that I couldn’t eat because I was allergic to the onions and tomatoes they put in it. Ingredients weren’t even on the menu otherwise I would have never chosen this. Wings had no spice and weren’t even slightly warms. The app they replaced my mozzarella sticks were bland and barely satisfying. Bleu cheese was so runny and did not taste like any bleu cheese I’ve had. Wasn’t even a chunk of cheese in it! Then the restaurant tells me they don’t even have the ingredients to make a chix ceasar salad but would make me a salad with just the lettuce and chicken and I could come pick it up! After I just paid for delivery and tipped your driver?! Never ordering from here again. If I could give no stars I would! Completely lost...

I gave this place a few tries and the best choice here, the gyro, is mediocre at best. There is no flavor/seasoning, the meat was overcooked/dry, even burned on some sandwiches, the sandwiches are oily and bread is just not great. They falsely advertise Hot Meal Deal comes with a drink and didn't provide that drink. They replaced our fries with five dry old Buffalo wings in a failed attempt at "feeling bad about the soda". They just gave us old chicken and took our fries, when they could have simply given the sodas they advertised. Everyone of my guests were disappointed in the food. Definitely not worth the money. No more chances...
