Because our options are limited on this side of town, we have gone to this donut shop quite often. Each time the weight is ridiculously long. The weight like every time was ridiculously long today. It took them about 10 minutes to get my order of less than one dozen donuts and two regular coffees in the drive-through. That, I could actually live with. However, the as I was getting my coffee and donuts situated in my vehicle so I could drive away a man stuck his head out of the window and told me I needed to move the line was really long behind me. I may have taken 15 seconds to put my hot coffee in the console and my donuts in the seat. I've been going to this place for a little over a year now. The donuts are great. I could tell instantly when new ownership came in. The morale of the employees went down (body language). And the donut selection decreased immensely. I've actually walked out of the place multiple times because of the selection. You're a donut shop, you have to carry a variety of donuts. I would go there if I'm in a hurry or on my way out of town or instead of gas station donuts. Every time I go there, I just have to realize I'm not going to be able to find half of the donuts that I would purchase normally. Order fulfilled with incorrect quantity, over charged to reflect their count. Neither donut was the one I actually ordered. When I told them they gave me a coconut filled donut instead of white cream, they told me they didn't. Clearly it was coconut and not only not good but outright inedible, maybe spoiled, bad. My friend's order was also wrong. They made no amends to fix them or comp them. When we tried to speak to someone there was both a language barrier and admittedly her first day on the job and nothing could be done to fix it. Yeesh, I'll pass...
