Taqueria Morelos — Restaurant in Fair Oaks

There was not a lot of people and now I know why. The only right thing that was done was the portions of meat. The tortillas were stale and hard. Very disappointing after waiting 20 minutes for your food. After asking for the tortillas to be replaced they took another 5 minutes just to replace them. They charge extra just for more cilantro and onion. Very stingy and trying to gouge your money. I asked for a to go box and it took them ANOTHER 5 minutes. The staff is very unprofessional as well. They need customer service training before being put on a shift. Cashier was smug and not kind whatsoever. DEFINITELY not coming back again for 14 tacos $50! Plus the $4 dollar coke bottles! If I had known I would’ve just bought and made the tacos Myself. WOULD...

The worst place ever !!! Never ever do I recommend this place to anybody lady’s there are really rude don’t even know how they got the job in the first place.!!! They argue with someone over the dumbest thing ever! You can’t ask them for anything because they start with an attitude. I would really love to talk to the owner of this place and there employees there. Tacos and food here aren’t worth it! Go somewhere else do not eat here.

No les recomiendo este lugar a Nadine! Son bien groseras! El peor lugar! Uno no les puede pedir algo bien por qué luego empiezan con sus caras y malos modos. Se pelean con uno por las cosas que es parte de su trabajo. Sus tacos y comida no valen la pena mejor váyanse...

This place is so unprofessional staff and management. Waitresses need training no smiles, nowhere near to ask if your food is ok or need anything else. I asked for a specific soup, waitress didn't know what type of meat it had, so once i get my food it has pork, I'm allergic to pork, management still wanted to charge me for the soup i could not eat and he couldn't even come out to speak to me due to being too busy which was a lie.. This place could do better customer service should be number 1 key to a successful business. Especially the waitress if you want a tip please greet the customer's nicely leave your mean faces at home.. I honestly wouldn't even rate this restaurant a 1 star...
