Got my seats done in 2020, and at that time, no one notified me about the limited warranty. I noticed that my driver seat started to peel in 2022, and I attempted to reach out to check for warranties and repair, but there was a lack of response. I had to remind them to reach out to again…they asked me 100 questions to see if I was the cause of the peeling, but it was obviously normal wear and tear because only the driver seat showed damage.

I reached out again in January-February 2023, and they then informed me that they can redo one seat for nearly half the price of what I paid for the entire installation. I told them to send me two different quotes for the new seat (original leather and a different leather) after I left in February, but I waited two weeks to see if they would and they did not. I purchased some leather seat covers off Amazon that would more than likely last longer than the seat cover I have now.

They’re going to try to explain what happened under my review, but it’s a business, so of course they will sugarcoat.

I bought a used truck that had aftermarket Katzkin seats installed in it, where they were installed I’m not sure but my front seats cushions had for some reason come unattached. Katzkin’s corporate number told me to call Crush Customes. I did and they promptly brought me in. Now mind you they didn’t do these seats but they had their technician fix it within about 10 min. To boot they didn’t even charge me. Wow! The gentleman who helped me when I came in was professional and super courteous! I can tell you that when I go to do any add on’s to my truck they will be my first call! You don’t find many business now days that care. There was another gentleman in the office waiting to get something done to his car and he spoke very highly of Crush. I could see why. This is a woman of color owned shop, when you do business here, you're contributing a new legacy that is being build in the auto-industry. The quality of service and attention to detail lets me know that this is a team of people who've constantly had to work twice as hard to get half of what the mediocre hyped up custom shops are able to receive with no effort. They earn and deserve every dollar that they quote you. Invest in quality top-tier, modifications, this is a shop you want to build a long-term relationship with. If they're ever made a mistake, even slightly, they've fixed it promptly and accommodated any inconvenience.
