Waffle House — Restaurant in Fair Oaks

This review is not on the entire store but rather the night shift team. I'm in and out of town allot for work and work at night. So I'm mostly only in here on the weekends later night/early morning(between midnight and 4 a.m.). Well everytime I step foot in their I see the exact same team of 3 waitresses and 2 cooks. I have no idea what any of their names are but none the less I feel as though they as a team deserve some recognition. They are AMAZING. They are welcoming, always happy, helpful, respectful, well mannered, and much more. Not like allot of other waffle houses that are just mediocre. This team ALWAYS gets the order right, accurate, and quickly. I have seen them multiple times where they are absolutely slammed to where there are no seats available and they still do the job flawlessly. It's been a long time since I could say that waffle house has a crew/team that I enjoy seeing but this one certainly is wonderful. So I felt it was only right to say something and give them the credit they deserve. If you're ever in the area around the times I mentioned and hungry. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing them. I also hope in recognition that the manager if seeing this would please go as far to at a minimal let that team know they are doing...

My first time stopping at this particular Waffle House which is 5 minutes away from my home I ordered pecan waffles and bacon at first then I added softly scrambled eggs with jalapenos peppers, By the time I got my order waffles had sit a while the cook had cooked the the bacon and he called for the order to be delivered to me at the same time he had already cook the eggs in the eggs had sit awhile and I asked if I could get my order before the food got cold and the waitress said waiting on me took my bacon and gave it to someone else and when she ask the the cook to put my bacon on he told her he had already gave or the bacon for the tee times pecan waffles with the bacon so I asked her to cancel the bacon and order was $9 and some odd cents and when I paid for the order she said it was $8 and something said because I had cancel out the bacon and when I looked on my bank statement she charged me $9 and some odd cents bet experience will never...

I wish there was a NEGATIVE 5-Star , THEY STEAL MONEY !!!! Trust me - Your bill will originally be $8 and end up $16 out of nowhere and if you use a card , WARNING ⚠️: check your final statement - They will add tips and more money on your bill !!! Its a girl name Karee or Karen (young and 18) she will talk nice to you and steal from you. She add extra on your bill so he can steal the tips. And thank god i check my bank account. My original bill was $12 and she charged $27 on my card. They will steal from you and especially if you dont notice it. I will be filing a police report also. This is not a angry customer post.
