Manager is rude and overwhelmed by simple things, she said bathroom was "closed" because she was angry people were checking out and keeping her from (very slowly) cleaning the men's room. I went to grab a soda and wait for her to be out of the bathroom instead of interrupting her and once I saw she was at the checkout helping someone I went towards the bathroom and she angrily yells BATHROOMS CLOSED.
if you have such disdain for your customers just quit, stop trying to make us innocent nice people suffer with you.
If you read the reviews this is a recurring event, she's like a tyrant about the bathrooms. In fact a guy came out of the women's restroom and said over his shoulder "no one was in there its fine". So she let him use the women's restroom but just told me they were closed. Look, If you're cleaning the bathroom you should leave it if a customer needs it, at the very least if you leave the bathroom in the middle of cleaning it you shouldn't yell that its closed if someone is going into it.
Almost every review about a bad attitude at this place is talking about the management. Pretty sure she's a manager. Terrible service. It's crazy that the owners would let someone continue to bring your reputation down because they are incapable of decent customer service. That's why this place is rated 3.2 which is really bad for a gas station like caseys. Sheetz down the road has a 4.5 and I couldn't dream of being talked to and mistreated this way over there. I have came in since this wonderful place opened locally in Fairborn, I catch everyoneâs names on their badges just for this reason. I had come in Saturday, April 8th 2023, for my morning coffee and of course a slice of the breakfast pizza. It may have been around 9:45 this had happen, the younger shorter lady by the name of Kandi had been yelling at her older female employee which I believe her tag said Pulla, just screaming at her and seemed like she was bringing up personal issues in front of many different customers.. which was very unprofessional and devastating for me.. I decided to go in later A fter work And Sunday as usual but everything seemed alright , right up till today.. Monday, April 10th 2023, I had over heard this Kandi woman call her employees lazy along with some other dreadful names, she was very rude to the young man Jared I had brought up early.. itâs devastating as Iâm pretty sure he is so much younger than this woman.. While the staff members at this location consistently hand me amazing service, always smiling.. the management, appears to treat them poorly, often in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. However, I have witnessed several instances where the management treats staff members in a condescending manner, often raising their voice or making dismissive comments in front of customers.
