I visited the store to order a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The employee who took my order was professional and polite. I was the only customer initially but the store quickly became busy.
While waiting at the pickup line, the employee preparing my food was working efficiently.
Store Manager "Mario" approached me and asked what I was waiting for. I politely declined his assistance, stating that the sandwich maker was already working on my order.
Mario appeared to take my polite refusal personally and immediately stepped in, interrupting the flow of the sandwich maker, an employee who was otherwise doing an excellent job. Mario’s intervention created confusion, causing the sandwich maker to momentarily step back and collect herself.
When I questioned Mario’s actions and intent, he stated, "I asked you what you ordered and you wouldn't say."
I responded by pointing out that the sandwich maker was performing fine until he interrupted her.
He stated, "once you get your order, I have the right to tell you don't come back."
When I remarked that his people skills were "horrendous" for a manager, Mario responded with the non-sensical and insulting comment: "your not a person."
After this response along with waiting five minutes with no sandwich, I began recording the interaction on my phone. On camera, Mario repeated, "I don't know what you're waiting on, I asked you twice what your order was, I don't know what number you are."
Immediately after making this statement and while being recorded Mario instructed the sandwich maker to clear the orders from the screen, then promptly turned around and handed me my sandwich.
This action directly contradicted his claim that he did not know what I was waiting for.

Read moreThere has been something wrong with my order almost every single time I've come to this particular Dunkin'. This most recent visit, I ordered for curbside pickup. I never officially place the order until I'm in the pickup spots in their lot. Today, they had me sitting there for 30 minutes waiting, as people who pulled up after me got their orders before. I'm normally a very patient person, but when that 30 minute mark hit and I still didn't see anyone coming out (the restaurant was not super busy at the time and I could see employees standing idle behind the counter), I went in to see what the hold up was. There, on the mobile pick up tray right by the front, was my iced latte. The receipt on the food bag was clearly marked as On-the-Go: CURBSIDE. Ice left to melt, food left to get cold, and me waiting unnecessarily because people chose not to read.
This was only the most recent instance, which triggered this poor review. Prior to this, they've neglected to give me a straw for my drink, which is forgivable, but they've also neglected to deliver on half of my order before, until I approached them for correction. Specifically, ordering a drink, hot sandwich, and a couple of donuts, and they'd forgotten the damn donuts!

Read moreI love this place and come here often normally with no issue but the woman who was working saturday February 6th at around 9pm accused me of taking her picture when I opened up my samsung pay while at the register. I even showed her my phone immeditely without closing anything or changing the screen and explained that it makes absolutely no sense why I would take a picture of her cause I had no idea who she was and my camera wasnt even open and that I was just going to use my phone to pay and she didnt believe me and just kept saying "how would you feel if someone took pictures of you" and calling me rude so I was like ok whatever this chick is just extremely paranoid and my bf paid with his card bc apparently my phone was causing problems; because of this idk if it was intentional or not but she forgot the donuts I ordered and gave me the wrong drink size but my bfs order was perfect. She also didnt give us our receipt bc Im assuming it had her name on it tho I believe it started with an r or an m.
