Disappointed. Unlike any other experience I have had from staff at any other Chick-fil-a before. We made out order at the drive through the young guy repeated it back and was very nice. Driving up to the window to pay. The guy walks out of the booth and starts telling us the price (talking loudly) walking towards us before the car ahead moved- not a big deal but could have greeted us and kindly said the amount - felt a little rushy (this was at 830pm - not busy). Then we went to pick up our food from the window. We ordered sm. Key lime shake, sm. Oreo, lemonade and tea mix (large drink), med. Sweet tea and other things. The oreo shake comes out with whip cream and the key lime 'specialty drink's comes no whip cream and looking a little empty. No big deal we kindly ask of we can get whip cream on the key lime, the lady then tells us we need to ask next time (I thought all shakes come with whip??) The guy never asked but either way why does it matter? Just kindly add the whip. It's a milkshake... then we ask for a little extra sauce the lady then says there is 5 in the bag but here you go, we respond thank you very nicely smile and wish them a good day she had no smile and seemed very annoyed - if I ask for something I dont expect to receive feedback making it sound like I'm a hassle. It is not good service to remark to every request. So we drive and park to eat. The Large drink is a medium and it unsweet tea not lemonade and tea mix like it said and was entered (I know because the people repeated it back). No big deal we'll be ok. But the key lime shake was terrible, tasted like sour flavorless stuff. So I kindly walk back in explain I'm very sorry I didnt like the shake may I please get a strawberry shake. I always try and be extra nice at Chickfila because I usually receive the same. The lady looks at me and says 'uhm idk let me ask' goes to the manager Natalie and says can we even do that? Natalie looks at the drink (full only 2 sips were taken literally l looks at me I explain again I'm sorry just not a fan and it's full she says nothing. Does the computer and walks away. Rings back a strawberry with whip does something messes it up goes back (waiting like minutes now) and returns with another strawberry no whip. I kindly take it dont say anything and leave. It is another key lime - definitly not strawberry - my husband agreed. After such an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience I did not feel like going back in. I have never been to a chickfila where I felt like such a problem. Aside from the very nice guy outside, noone looked at you noone smiled and everything seemed like a hindrance to their evening. And I dont think adding whip to a shake you pay more for anyways would break the bank but it will provide a much better look and experience as it seems kinda skimpy to skip whip unless requested on...
Read moreI came here on Tuesday June 4 and ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe combo meals with a frosted lemonade and their frosted key lime through the DRIVE THRU. It came out to $20 and some change and a guy took my order. After that I got around the corner of the drive thu and another guy appeared; he had a tablet in his hand (not sure what his name is) but he mentioned Victoria (my name for the order was Tory) and said my order was $25 something. I was a little confused at first but didn’t think much of it and gave him my credit card. He swiped and that was that. Once I got to the checkout booth the lady running it mentioned my name and the price and I was like “oh I just paid...I’m confused”. The guy who swiped my credit card previously came over to my car and apologized for giving me the wrong order to pay for and said he cancelled it. I was like oh ok and figured it should be fine since he cancelled that transaction. I paid for my actual order and she gave me my receipt , I got my food and went on my way. I didn’t check my bank account until a few days later and realized that the order I paid for that wasn’t mine POSTED onto my credit card (meaning it went through). I didn’t have time to go back and solve the issue until Saturday June 8 because I was working. I get there and the cashier named Virgil helped me out. He was super kind and helpful. He gave me free food to make up for the previous mistake and got the manager (I can only assume since she had a different uniform on) to refund the amount on my credit card. I explained to them my situation and the lady said she couldn’t refund the exact amount since I didn’t have the receipt to match that order but said she refunded me $26.40 which was a little bit more than what was originally charged. They both were very nice and once again I went on my way. I thought that was the end of this situation but I JUST checked my credit card statement and it says -$26.40. Which means I didn’t get a refund and instead was charged even more money for nothing. At this point I’m very frustrated and confused as to how this has happened twice now??! I just wanted my money back :( I can’t go back to remedy this situation because I’m currently not in the area and won’t be back until July. However, I don’t believe I will be coming back to this location anymore which saddens me because the employees their are so nice and I love that it has a drive-thru but this issue has caused me some...
Read moreIt saddens me to write this review because I eat at Chick-fil-A at least three times a week, ordering the same thing (Cool Wrap, Light Italian dressing) every time. Usually, I go to the Annandale location (the superior one), but I was in the area and decided to visit this one instead.
As usual, I went through the drive-thru, picked up my order, and drove home. When I opened my Cool Wrap, I expected the usual quality, but instead, I found a literal forest of salad with hardly any chicken. I opened half of the wrap and found what seemed to be much less than the expected 21 grams of protein (which is half of the expected amount, 42 grams). This was annoying because it had never happened before, but I thought it could be resolved by returning to the store and explaining the situation.
Unfortunately, when I respectfully approached the employees about the issue, I was met with attitude and denial. It was clear the wrap was wrongly made. After some back and forth, the employee finally went to inspect the wrap and claimed the 42 grams of chicken were in the half I hadn’t touched. Even if that were true, it would still be an issue because the chicken should be evenly distributed.
As a regular customer who loves Chick-fil-A, I was disappointed to receive such poor service. Although the employee eventually gave me another wrap with the proper amount of chicken, her attitude and the accusation of lying were uncalled for.
