Burger King — Restaurant in Fairfield

I don't usually do this but, this has gotten out of hand!! First of all I just got back from BK and the older lady at the window was terrible!! As I pulled up to order I told them I needed some time before ordering(I was waiting on a text from GF with her special request on the Eggnormous but, I was rudely rushed and just quickly ordered 2 Eggnormous Meals large & an extra burrito. Dr.Pep and Coffee. When I got to the window.I got my GF text. She wanted only sausage on hers. So I asked the rude older lady. Are all 3 burritos made and ready as of now?..she said yes..ok.i said OK then I'll just take 4 of the sausage patties separate and add 2 shakes since she already had my card.She looked at me with the dirtiest most disgusting smirk I've ever seen and said are you serious!! I could not believe the nerve of this woman(wish I had a better description of her ) I had to pull to third window while I waited and another younger lady brought me our food. (Probably because the mean old lady realized she was being a Donkey) + on another hand I would say within the last 3 months minimum BK has messed up 75-80% of our orders(whether it's forgetting bacon,cheese,sauces,condiments we specifically say do not add are on our burgers.condiments that we say add like mayo on the rodeo chicken! They always forget.SMH. I did not call them and complain until like the 8th fudge up & finally I called and complained! They told me I would receive coupons for my trouble and they where very sorry that was weeks ago and I still haven't received anything to from them. What bothers me most is I like BK but I would not be surprised if this BK is the next place closed down in Fairfield Iowa. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Our order number was 98. The lady who was working yelled out number 96 and she looked right at me and yelled loudly number 96. I said to her my number is 98 and said I don’t know why you are looking at me when there are other patrons there. We just sat down. Then she started yelling at her coworkers and hitting the counter with food. She looked at me like I didn’t speak any English and was really rude. If it was my number I would have went up and get the food but since it was not I was not going to get up and take someone else food. We all have bad days but there was no reason for that behavior. It was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Even if that didn’t come up on time there is no reason to yell the number out loudly like that and be rude and she assumed the wrong person. Just because I’m a minority does not mean I do not understand English. It was highly unprofessional and it was the worst experience I have ever had and this establishment. No one forced them to work there. I hope going forward you can train the employees to have better customer service skills. She assumed that order was mine. The look that I received and treatment I got from her was uncalled for. Regardless if it was my order or not. Maybe it takes people a while to get up and go get the order from the counter. Our experience was a complete disaster. I'll start first with the amount of employees twacked out of their minds, so bad they couldn't concentrate on taking our order. The employee who took our order decided to take a phone call during taking our order, then had to ask us to repeat our order multiple times because she couldn't concentrate on what we were trying to tell her our order. She was so twacked out that she forgot to add a couple items to my order, so we had to ask for the missing items after paying. After getting our order home, we realized that about half of our order wrong, and definitely NOT freshly made. I was going to call the manager, but I felt it wouldn't done any good because the manager working that night, along with at least 5 or more crew members were so high on meth, I figured they would've just messed up our order again. My family and I are very displeased with Burger King in Fairfield, Ia. And because of these multiple experiences, we will not be returning any time soon or if at all.
