I will absolutely never ever go to pizza ranch again and not just the fairfield pizza ranch but ANY pizza ranch. My wife and i went here for dinner and overheard the staff making fun of an elderly gentleman for being deaf. My wife approached the manager on duty and brought it to his attention and was told that he would take care of it. The manager later came to our table and stated that he had asked all of his employees if they had been making fun of the elderly gentleman, which they all denied (obviously). He then stated that he had looked at the security cameras in the store and that at no time had any of his employees even spoke to each other. So let me get this straight, during the entire 45 minutes that we had been in the restaurant your employees never said even one word to each other? Then on top of that you essentially call my wife a liar, are you serious right now? I will never spend another penny at pizza ranch the disrespect towards my wife and this elderly gentleman is 100% unacceptable and any company that hires staff that would condone this behavior does not deserve...

Of course he did not have an answer- so I then called customer service- to get a hold of a regional Manager- it was awful as well - because it’s outsourced to a third world country- they can’t speak English!!
Needless to say for the local restaurant- do not order any Mashed potatoes and Gravy & Greenbeans-
Also the Chicken was burnt and over cooked - of course- I have taken pictures of the product to SHOW you all how bad the food was.

No sense in charging me and my crew $13 each to just tell us you don't have pizza because the cook is doing dishes and the dishwasher didn't show up. Just put a sign up that you are closed rather than have a bunch of people waiting for food you're not cooking.
After talking with the Manager, Stacey, she told me she wasn't giving me a refund because I could have had a salad. That is NOT what I came to PIZZA ranch to eat... Geeze... Lesson learned, never go there. No wonder 3 employees didn't show up and quit the same night. Stacey was very unpleasant. Find a new "good" manager and employees will stay and not ditch on you...
