People complaining about this place have no perspective on reality. What is pizza.. what is life?
To answer such queries one begins with the crust. A FRESH and crunchy, crispy yet heartwarming pizza interface awaits you at mia pizza. From the pizza to your hands to your mouth, to your soul.. the crust will not disappoint... it's more likely to anoint you in holy rapture of a pizza paradise. That's a pizza promise. The sauce is savory and slightly sweet, yet herbed to perfection. The cheese is like Matthew McConaughey because it's all right all right all right.
Ok, hold on.. the best part is the toppings. These little narutos are fresh and sneaky. They'll find a way inside you faster than an all out area 51 ninja rush. I mean, u look at the topping then boom it's gone. Where'd it go?! You ate it so fast u can't even remember. Trust me though.. those toppings were on the pizza.. but now they're inside you!
This pizza is the top ranked crusty competitor in this nowhere town and were lucky to have it. Seriously, what is the competition?? Pizza hut.. lol. Pizza ranch.. harder lol. Casey's isn't bad but if these guys are open go here. Loglis is always there too.. we all know and love loglis pizza.. but at night they kinda stop making pizza. The pizza at the Turkish restaurant is good but really expensive and the atmosphere there is hilariously bad... Torinos is probably the main competitor but it's just a different pizza experience altogether.
Mia pizza. Try it. Stop complaining about workers goofing off.. its Fairfield.. the quintessence of a small unimportant town in bfe nowhere iowa. Of course they're goofing off.. but they're making great za! The place was clean and not too cold when I went, and everybody was sweet and professional. I got my pizza in 10 minutes. Currently I'm waiting till eleven AM right now so I can get MY FIX of pizza purity in this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently discovered the veggie pizza with artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes - delicious! However, every pizza Iāve ordered over the past year has a slightly burned crust. It varies from barely noticeable to 1/2 the pizza slices being inedible. Most of the time, the fresh toppings more than make up for little bits of blackened crust which is likely from too much flour on the crust and mismanaging the oven temperature and cook time. However, today I ordered 2 pizzas and when I got them home, I noticed the toppings were burnt ⦠then to my dismay I noticed that the crust had been cut off! Apparently to try and hide the fact the pizza was burned beyond edibility. The bottom of the crust was solid black. Both pizzas were inedible. When I called to report this, the kid at the store said āthe pizza oven gets hotter as the day goes onā¦ā Um so take the pizza out of the oven after less time. He didnāt offer to remake the pizzas or offer a refund. UPDATE - RAISED FROM 1 STAR to 3 STARS: I went back and mentioned this to the employee on duty and he gave me a free pizza and carefully cooked it to perfection. The lesson is - ask them to not overcook the crust and you'll likely get the tasty and fresh pizza you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will start by saying the pizza I had was good. Fresh ingredients. The restaurant is kinda like a Papa Murphy's where you can see them make the pizza in front of you, except they cook it too. I do feel however, for the price, and the size of my pizza Papa Murphy's is better. I ordered two large pizza's and I noticed that one of my pizza's was much smaller than the other one. There should have been someone checking to make sure all the pizza's were the same and correct size. The wait time when I was there was also pretty bad. I waited an hour to get my pizza for carryout. I understand they were busy when I came in , and had multiple orders they were working on for people who had called their order in. However, it would have been nice if they had told me the wait time before I ordered. I also noticed the staff seemed to be going from one station to another, instead of staying in one place to maximize efficiency. They were also not moving very fast. Their sign says pizza in six minutes. I believe if Hyvee wants this business to last they really need to work out the kinks, or I don't...
