McDonald's — Restaurant in Fairfield

This place has gone to hell fast. I moved here about 2 years ago and stop by at least twice a week. On my way to work I like to dine in so I don’t mess my car. The last couple of months have been horrible. They have been out of beef for a quarter pounder, chicken tenders, buffalo sauce and today the chicken tenders again. The air conditioning in the store has been broke for a couple of months. They recently put a portable unit in but it doesn’t do anything for you sitting at a table. The service is terrible. I tried to place an order last week and they ALL were to busy chatting with what I gathered was an employee off duty just visiting. When they bring my order they put it in a bag like it’s a “to go” order. Never asked me and rather assume even though I’m standing in the damn store. I think we all have come accustomed to a certain level of standard from McDonald’s which has made them very successful for a long time. This store does not live up to the standards by any means and I can only hope that corporate does something. This store should be raking in money given it’s location. I will not be going back until I know their issues...

I have eaten a lot of McDonald's in my lifetime, but this was, without a doubt, the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever eaten. I understand that they were busy, and I had no problem pulling into a parking space while I waited for my specialty burrito (I am lactose intolerant, so no cheese on my burritos) and it didn't even bother me when someone who pulled up after me received their food before I did. But what I received when my food finally arrived was unacceptable. It was literally cold to the touch, as if the burrito was taken out of the refrigerator and not warmed up. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and the sausage looked as if someone found a leftover sausage patty and crumbled it up. There was no peppers or onions, no seasoning, and they even forgot my picante sauce, which would have at least given the burritos a bit if flavor. Seriously, McDonald's. I do not expect haute cuisine, but I do expect my food to be warm. On the other hand, the staff were delightful. Too bad I am never going to that...

I only ever come to this McDonalds for their breakfast. Today I came in and ordered an egg and cheese biscuit sub round egg and griddle. I finally got my order and as I’m half way to my destination I realize they made the wrong sandwich (sausage and egg on a griddle) I turn around and go back and kindly tell the manager with the purple hair my sandwich was made wrong. She gave me an attitude and proceeds to open up the sandwich and say there was no mistake made. At this time I told her what I ordered and showed her what I got. I was told to pull forward. I got what I thought was my sandwich made the right way, all the find out it was the same sandwich I returned with cheese added (sausage egg and cheese on a griddle.) what I originally ordered was round egg and cheese on a griddle. There’s been a couple other times where I’ve had interactions with that same manager and often times her personality isn’t welcoming at all. She seems bothered anytime someone shows up...
