Testo's Pizzeria and Restaurant has the most Delicious authentic Italian food!! Everyone who works there in the Kitchen creating all their masterpieces just like Grandma or your Aunt Mary used to make!! But especially Jessica who's part of the service team and who I always consult before ordering because she knows everything about Specials and everything being cooked and that fabulous kitchen. You can learn so much from the Owner Mario Testa's Niece Jessica about the different ways the food is prepared and the best part of this restaurant is they go the extra mile and will always create something that you want even if it's not on the menu!! Now Last but by no means least are the incredibly Talented, Handsome and Very Personable Bartenders Jimmy and Michael who make sure that Everyone in their "Cheers" like Pub has a Wonderful Experience every time they go there to Eat, Enjoy a Glass of Wine or Favorite Cocktail!!! Pizza is good always busy at the bar ,but sorry there is no order when it comes to pick up a take out ,every time I have gone it's a project ,to give my name then wait when I'm even on time there's still a waiting process !!! Then just to ring me out ,I noticed it with almost everyone that comes in ,the sweet older lady. Sorry but should not be at the register,takes her forever to find the slip,then ring up ,ugh my most recent experience really put me to. The edge ,I ordered a pizza salad they Said 25 minutes I got there early so I can have a drink while I wait told them I'll be at bar until food ready 45 minutes passed done with my drink go to pay and still pizza not ready ,could not find that dam slip they seem to need just so I can pay,I was like wow still not ready ,the older man who I think is owner questioned me and Said are u sure u ordered it here !!!!! Mind u I have the salad but yet questioned if I ordered my pizza there ,really!!! Then he tells me to relax bring it down ,I was not yelling I was actually more annoyed that my pizza that I ordered was still not ready and its now one hour, and to top it off the pizza was actually right there on the counter the whole time WEAK !!!!! We went inside and placed a takeout order. It was done within the timeframe we were told it would be. When we got home I placed the tiramisu in the refrigerator. I began eating my stuffed rigatoni with alavodka sauce out of the takeout tin. The rigatoni was hard, had no mozzarella in it like I was told it would have. It was like eating grocery store ravioli. The sauce was completely tasteless and thin with nothing in it. I was starving so I continued eating it. When I reached the bottom layer I ended up with a 5 inch hair on my fork. Barf. I decided to try to salvage what appetite I had with the slice of tiramisu. I opened the tin to see what looked like an already eaten and then regurgitated blob. I was curious so I took a fork full. Well all of its flavor must have been sucked out by the first person that ate it, it was completely tasteless. That too went in the trash. My husbands meatball grinder was dry and seemed like the meatballs where around from last nights dinner service. The garlic cheese bread was dry and just a plain hero bread with garlic powder and mozzarella on top broiled. Everything was so disgusting. This is completely opposite to any prior visits we had there over a year ago. This place has gone down hill. They should not be serving people this slop. Close...
