Sadly, as much as I love Subway, this store is horrible to its customers and as the saying goes, it starts at the top. I order on the app quite frequently and although I request the tuna sub toasted, it never comes that way when we get it. Happened again today and I even added the comment in all caps to PLEASE toast the tuna sub (it's my son's favorite). Once again, it comes without being toasted but of course my other son had picked it up and therefore we didn't know until he brought the food home. I call the store and speak with the manager who acknowledges they messed it up AGAIN but refuses to provide a refund unless we drive back out to the store to return the sandwich she admitted they messed up....how does that make ANY sense? Spend more money on gas to come back to the store because the store messed up our order again?? I asked for the manager's first name and a contact for a regional manager/owner but she decided hanging up on me was a better route to take. Again, if the manager behaves this way, what more can you expect from the staff? The irony is that I will be disputing the charge through my credit card because I did not get what I ordered and the manager hung up the phone on me instead of providing further assistance, so I will get my money back and Subway just lost a long-term customer to boot! Hope the owner reaches out to make this right. Will update if that happens, otherwise, Firehouse Subs will be getting our business...
Read moreTonight I went into Subway to get the $7.99 meal deal and after I placed my order and my sandwich was being prepared, I was asked about what toppings I wanted and told the young man tomato, red onion, and bell pepper. He got the first two toppings correct and if he had a question about the third topping, all he had to do was ask and I would have repeated it to him; instead of adding the bell peppers, he started dumping salt and pepper all over my sandwich. I stopped him and told him no; I wanted bell pepper and he told me that I needed to speak up because he didn't hear what I said!!!! ( Mind you, he did manage to get the first two toppings correct so I am not buying that he didn't hear the third and bell pepper sounds nothing like salt and pepper)!!!! He didn't need to be rude by any stretch of the imagination; all that it would have taken to diffuse the situation would have been to say that he was sorry that he missed the last part of what I said and offered to make me another sandwich and that would have been fine, but he didn't do that. I looked at him and told him that he could keep his sandwich, and I walked out. I plan to have some dialogue with the manager about what happened tonight and let her know that the particular employee about whom I am speaking needs additional training on how to speak to...

Like many others, I have seen the commercials for Subway and their app where they claim you can order ahead and your order would be ready when you show up. Excited for such a promise I downloaded the app which was 5*'s. When I set up the order, at 1720, I asked for a 1810 pickup as I work until 1800 at our local college. I was surprised at 1800 when I got an email from the store stating my order was already completed. Though worried that my hot sandwich would be cold and my cold sandwich be warm, I figured it would be okay still as the order was at least done. I couldn't be more wrong... A line to the door greeted me as I arrived at 1810. Okay I thought, good they are busy instead of dead, so I made my way to the counter marked for Express pickup. The young lady behind the register ignored me until I spoke up asking if I could get my order. I was told I would have to wait until all the guests in the lobby were handled... Wait what? I sat waiting for my order until 1835! 20 full minutes after I should have been on my way home. The tuna was more bread then meat and topping. The chicken and bacon sandwich was put in the same bag as the tuna, so yep hot tuna cold chicken. Will not be doing this again...
