The last two times we ate here, the staff was very different than they used to be. An employee showed my sister while video chatting with someone, and said see there she is. Very inappropriate. Today was the last straw. I went through drive thru to get some fries and 4 cups of Freddy's fave sauce. I asked to make sure the cup was full because sometimes it's full, sometimes it's less than half. The girl said they are prefilled and they can't control how full they are. I asked who fills them because clearly they are filled on site, and she said whoever is in the restaurant, so I said then why can it not be controlled, she rudely said is there anything else I can get you, with a juvenile stuck up tone. I clearly asked a question about my order and that was her way of refusing to answer my question. Because of her rude attitude, I said nevermind, I don't want anything, to which she responded in a snotty middle school attitude "um goodbye". She didn't apologize or ask if I wanted the manager or anything. She basically told me to F off. This was unacceptable behavior and if it was me and my restaurant she had been representing, she would have been fired on the spot. No one has standards anymore and these rude children are being taught that they can speak to customers however they choose. Not this customer. I will never be back, well, I'll be back one more time to catch this rude behavior on camera to show the internet, and I WILL spread the word about my recent experiences. Why is it that employees feel comfortable speaking to guests in this manner? Do managers allow this behavior? Do they do it themselves? Why would this girl feel like it's okay to speak to a guest this way over the speaker where she couldn't even see who I am? She certainly didn't fear being rude to whoever was on the other end of that drive thru speaker. This happened around...
Read more*Latest update. They came through as promised. It was not so much getting "something" for free as it was meant to be a learning experience for them as well as myself. I've always loved their chicken finger platters and salads. I will continue to go here for my chicken finger fix. **UPDATE from my previous post. I finally heard back from their home office manager. She was very apologetic and advised she would be sending me something by email as well as a form to complete to participate in a evaluation of the restaurant when i returned. I agreed to do this. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I've checed my SPAM just in case. It's been well over a month so I figure she will not sending anything. That's too bad I really liked their food. I placed an order for 20 fingers for a small get-together we were invited to. There was hardly a wait at all as I had called ahead and spoke to them , told them what time I would be come in to place my order. She told me that she would make sure they had enough fingers cooked to fill my order at that time. I showed up, placed my order, and told the girl I had called, etc. In 10 minutes, my name was called. I peaked in the sack and saw that they had put my order on a nice serving tray. I had just peaked inside the bag to make sure they had put the 2 sauces inside and off I went to the get-together. My mistake.. When I arrived and pulled out the serving tray, it was wings, not fingers. Needless to say, I was very embarrassed and disappointed in Wingfingers not getting my...
Read moreThis is a new place to me. I was excited once I started eating my food. I tried #13, Chicken Fingers, Bread, Slaw, Fries and 2 Ranch Dressing. The food was hot, crispy (just how I love it with a crunch when you bite into the food😁. You also get a drink with your meal, Pepsi products. I enjoyed it so much I made a 2nd run back a few day later. I tried something different but got the same results. Simply delicious 😋. You will enjoy this, I know I did.
Edit I tried the bone in chicken. I was very disappointed. The chicken was fried so hard 😫 I couldn't eat them. The fries were almost as bad. The best thing was my Pepsi & the young lady at the window. That was a waste of money. If I go back I will stick with the boneless. No I didn't call back because I was driving out of town h wasn't gonna pull...
