Cantoni’s Pizza — Restaurant in Fairmont

Ordered 1st time from here paid 17 bucks for a large Calazone it tasted great huge worth the price but the two big end prices had nothing on them no cheese no pepperoni nothing so that's half of the food just two big bread pockets.. I called they guy who answered say bring pic well replace it.. well we went out of town for lil over a week so when we got home I called to get my calazone the owner who is extremely nice says well I was workin g and I don't know who told you that we don't replace food like that because the cheese doesn't melt toward the ends sometimes.. WHAT I love calazone iv had huge one plenty and bevr have I seen this this bad and I worked in Pizza places all in my 20s so I know quite a bit about making calazones.. he tell me they'll fix it but he gonn call and talk to his employees find out who told me that and call me back.. so about 20 min later I get a call same guy really nice says no one remember saying that they were probably just busy.. we don't usually replace things for that I can do half price. BECAUSE u did get half a good calazone.. I'm easy to please I took the half price but I won't be ordering again this was Insane so let's think this way if you order a pizza and it come to you with only half cheese they would replace it because that's would mean they didn't put the toppi g on right for it to bake right so when I order a calazone especially a 15 dollar calazone I don't want a 50 percent cha ce that it won't have toppings on half lol but the owner is a nice guy.. Review-1: Sure, the pizza is good if you can actually get one. The service there is horrible! I ordered a pizza, they said it would be 20 minutes, I arrived 30 minutes later and paid for the pizza which wasn't ready yet. After 20 more minutes of waiting I asked the kid who I had paid if it was ready and he just looked at me like he was brain dead. I found out that the pizza was sitting there for the last 15 minutes. Horrible Service!

Review-2: Today I called to place another pick up order and was immediately put on hold. They forgot about me. I sat on hold for way too long and listened to them screw off. They weren't busy with other customers and ultimately lost my business. They need to learn how to run a business.

UPDATE: I had emailed them through their website to make them aware of my dissatisfaction and I never heard back from anyone; that's more confirmation that customer satisfaction is not important to them! Now eight years later and I haven't been back...

Best Pizza in Fairmont. Thin "New York Style" XL pizza is the way to go here. For Fairmont standards the pizza is EXCELLENT. The other pizza offerings in fairmont are terrible. I'd go so far to say that Fairmont has the worst Pizza offerings in the United States. Luckily There's Cantoni's and while Its not New York, its airy and crispy. As a good thin should be. One thing I can't stand about WV pizza is most place's dough is too thick with too much sauce and too much cheese and too much grease, causing a nasty floppy gross mess. It seems every Pizza joint in WV goes for floppy mess... But Cantoni's you can always count on to be consistent and better than the other local offerings. I find their red sauce uses a little too much salt... but hey... its the only edible pizza in Fairmont and they do a GREAT job at what they do. If they were located in NYC, they'd get 3 stars...
