Burger King — Restaurant in Fairmont

Hopefully, this negative review will help this location become a better restaurant somehow! The employees show zero urgency in helping out their customers. There were 4 employees working, and one of the 2 young men working the drive thru and register made a comment to the other, "The amount of customers is twice as many people as we have working." All while completely ignoring every customer that was respectfully and patiently waiting for service. I hate to tell you, bud, but that's on par for how many customers you will deal with every moment of every shift because you are working in a fast food restaurant! You aren't jinxed or unlucky or even close to being what a sane person would consider busy and you are complaining within hearing distance of the customers as to make sure that we all hear how absolutely devastated you are for having customers. I couldn't even get them to turn around for one second just to get a few packs of ketchup. We were nothing but polite because that is how people should act, and they were very disrespectful for no reason whatsoever! This location needs new management to train the crew on the basics of working in the fast food industry. If you think that your job is horrible, then you should go get a job somewhere else. It is insane that employees act like they are victims of some horrid crime just because they had a few customers walk in, and they will have to actually do the job they get paid to do!

NOTE: I do a LOT of reviews. It takes a very bad experience in order for me to ever even consider writing a negative review. 99% of the time, I am praising businesses for good service and/or great food. Take that as you will.

Avoid for now. YOU will not have it YOUR WAY like the commercials say at...

I gave them a really simple request. A Texas double whopper. They said they never even heard of it. How do you not hear of something on your website? Then I asked for a double whopper with bacon, lettuce, onion and pickles, and for them to add barbecue sauce. They put barely any lettuce on it, 2 onions, no pickles, ketchup, and it was undercooked. This place is a joke. If you have a problem with the wages, don’t work there. There’s millions of jobs and you're choosing to work here. I paid $10 for a burger and a large onion ring and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had....

I’d give negative starts if I could, girl taking my order was not at all interests in customer service skills but rather the gossip going on behind her, my order was complete wrong, had to wait for fries to get done, but they were cold when eaten, called to see about getting meal corrected, was hung up on, called corporate, their customer service rep was just as useless, and was chewing gum loudly while in the call and was unable to do anything other than let this store manager know there was a problem at their store, all the while I’m out the money sent on my wrong...
