Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fairmont

On 10/8 we had ordered a delivery for our work crew. We waited an hour and a half when we were 5 mins down the road. Only to call and receive terrible and rude customer service from a manager named Lauren. We had spoken to Lauren who was absolutely rude. She said they had called a total 5 times, when no one called the phone number. Then we were told they called and some man answered and immediately hung up also untrue, Because it was my coworkers phone and she is a female. Then we were told the delivery person was up here for 20 minutes and never called. Then when we were addressing it again, she didn’t even offer to remake it for a new delivery and we were asked what we wanted done. Then she preceded to pull the phone back and say “I’m about to lose my shit” and then said “we could walk down there and get it if we still wanted it. Or stand outside and wait for the pizza” of which was made an hour previous. We had asked for the corporate number or for someone that was over her. And were told she didn’t have it. Which being someone that has worked in food service I know that is a lie. So thanks to Lauren we will no longer be ordering from this store and my work crew went without. Absolutely GROSS! We had the dinner buffet. Pizza was dry. Only a handful of dried out breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were on the buffet in which no one was touching. The salad bar was disgusting, filthy! Never again will we go back! This was once a Saturday night spot for our family of 6 with a average $80 bill & $20 tip! They lost our business. The service from the servers has gone to hell as well. Update 11/22/18 We visited again to see if our last trip was just a "bad" day, NOPE! Recipe has changed and the pizza is bad! The crusts texture is so thin, yet thick and hard almost like the treats you give your dogs. No cheese, very few toppings I guess that's why it's so dry. They changed us $1.18 for a cup of ranch for our 2 orders of wings and we had toget it ourselves! We've never been charged for ranch on the past, maybe extra ranch with takeout but never in store. Now I’m usually a guy who doesn’t review much but I am officially done with Pizza Hut in Fairmont. About a year ago I ordered a free pizza with my Pizza Hut points and when I brought it home, I opened the pizza up to it being really undercooked. The bottom of the pizza was very doughy. I didn’t go there for a while but decided to give it another shot.

When ordering the lady said it would take about an hour which was fine. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get it. Also, they didn’t include any marinara sauce for the bread sticks, and the pizza had more crust than pizza!I frequently work in Morgantown and get Pizza Hut regularly.
