As a customer my family and I love the food here and honestly we think it's the best Asian food in town.
With that said I'm a little confused why when we picked up a Mad Dash order we got to talk to the GM at the store and she said they were looking for team members to hire so my wife applied and that same GM manager walked her application over to Arby's and said they weren't hiring and I'd even just been there earlier today and she was helping me apply too but if you're not hiring why tell people you're looking for help and helping them apply if you're not looking and just walking them over to Arby's like I said a little confused
Again as a customer I have not had a single issue and the food always comes out delicious but as a potential employee I'm left with a more conflicted feeling of being lied to so this review is rated based upon the quality I have received as a customer not as a potential employee for me and my wife because I would have rated a lot lower if it was based upon potential employment status because it feels like we...
Read moreWell I was hoping this would be a great new restaurant for Fairmont. I even saved my review for my 2nd trip, due to the utter disaster of my grand opening nightmare in December. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to grand opening being crazy busy. This 2nd trip was not crazy busy and was still a great disappointment. This was an online order That I was told would be ready in 11 minutes, I even showed up a few minutes later to give them a chance. I still had to wait another 25 minutes for a total time of 29 minutes past pick up time. I wasn't the only one that waited, one guy complained he was there 45 minutes. And to add insult to injury I didn't even get everything I ordered. Check my pictures. It looked right in the bag but they shorted me 3 pot stickers. The food I got seemed decent but it's not worth the hassle that I go through to get it There are many better options, even in Fairmont, to get Asian food than Teriyaki Madness. Will not be visiting...
Read moreThis was my first time there. My husband has brought home food several times from there. I was surprised to see the GF (Gluten free) next to many menu items on the board above in the store. I thought hmmm. So I asked to make sure. The lady, I'm assuming the manager, said that some things were gluten free and some weren't. I was reading the menu above and the GF was next to many of the items. I read that on the bottom of the menu it said that GF means Gluten free available. I asked if they use Tamari to make their teriyaki sauce and they said that no, the bottle is clearly labeled soy sauce. So this is not gluten free, I suspect only the rice and maybe one other thing sold there does not have their Teriyaki sauce on it. I advise you to please not eat there if you are gluten free. Menu...
