But the nice lady at the window had a really good idea. Before I decided to run threw the fast food chicken place I should call ahead, like 15-20 minutes ahead. And if I call ahead they will make some chicken! Well, why don't you just do your job and keep chicken made. I have an idea too! Why don't you have a special person, like we could call them a manager. The manager could try really hard and see if they could count pieces of chicken. And if they could possibly count then when the pieces of chicken get below a preset number the manager would ask the staff to cook some more chicken. Doesn't that seem simple enough? Read moreThe issue I had at this location the last time I visited wasn't the chicken, which I generally enjoy. It was order accuracy. See, I ordered original recipe all dark meat chicken online, which is THE way to make sure you can get all dark meat BTW, and drove over to pick it up. I prefer dark meat, and almost every time I go there of an evening and ask for a 12 piece bucket all dark, I'm told no, they can't do that. Ordering online gives them time to get it ready for you, which is cool. Anyway, I went through the drive up window, got my bucket, got home, and it was not original recipe, but extra crispy. We are original recipe people, so it was a bit of a let-down, but it's still good fried chicken. We got two mashed and gravy, and a cole slaw. What I ordered was mashed with gravy, corn and slaw. Again, not a big deal, but I would have liked to have the corn. We'll be back, because we like KFC, but I'll be checking the order before I drive...
