Every time I come here I'm blown away by the quality and service. The lunch specials are amazing, from dinner style fajitas to taco combos. You can build your own burrito/quesadilla or sit down and order from the menu which has authentic Mexican dishes as well as classic tex-mex offerings. Their first tacos are authentic, not breaded fillets but whole properly seasoned with fresh shredded cabbage and a slice of avocado! It's also the only restaurant that has Horchata for miles. There's a bar where you can order alcoholic drinks and an ice cream shop section in the dining room where they make sundaes and have other Mexican ice cream treats. Cano’s is always good and is easily one of the best places in Fairview. We go all the time. This evening, as we finished up and were walking to the car, my daughter realized she had left her folding spoon that goes to her lunch thermos on her plate. I ran back in and found our server and asked about the spoon. She told me she probably threw it away and was too busy to look. I felt frustrated, and was vowing in my head never to go there again, when I saw another server and thought I’d ask him. Shaun Christian was really nice about it and found it right away in the dish pile. I know it’s just a spoon and it seems trivial, but he saved me an evening of tears because it is something my 6 year old cares very much about. So thank you!! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with this place.. and it was my favorite… place was not busy so I don’t know what the issue was.. if i could give 0 stars for today, I would. First off we got seated quickly. Order taken quickly. Had to ask for straws for drinks. Food was given quickly. But.. my issue was… My son ordered a burger with pickles and ketchup.. and got a burger with pickles and pico, no ketchup. My husband ordered simple steak, cheese, and rice. He got cold steak, shredded cheese (instead of queso), and chips. Me and my sister got the del rancho burritos. They were cold. No refills on our drinks or silverware with our food. Waitresses were...
