I mean, pretty much my entire reason for going to the State Fair is for the food. But it's substantially more than just food, if you like to enjoy the scenery while you eat! Check out the agriculture and animal displays, see some giant pumpkins and fancy horses. Take a ride on the sky lift, check out the tractors, trucks, hot tubs, and chainsaw competitions. Then go back to eating. All-you-can-drink milk and a bucket of cookies are a perfect fit together. I highly suggest before going to go online, look up a list of the best foods (or best new foods if you're a long-time fair goer) and mapping out your eating route beforehand.
