Aladdin's Pizza — Restaurant in Fall River

This is a great place generally in terms of food and service, they never mess up orders and the quality of food is high up there. This isnt a great place to sit down to eat generally because of how its set up. The seating area isn’t really made for seating customers to be honest, its very awkward and somewhat unclean. However the kitchen area is quite clean.

Id like to make it very clear though to MUSLIM customers that this place is NOT a halal restaurant. It is stated nowhere inside, on their menus, or website, that this is a halal restaurant. This is simply a middle eastern establishment. In fact inside the restaurant you’ll see Christian decoration, probably to let you know to expect that this is not a halal place. I’m not sure why Google decides to put any middle eastern food spot in search results for “halal”. It’s extremely ignorant. Obviously to any muslim customers, you can eat any veggie options on their menu within reason, and speak to a scholar if you arent certain. The meat served here is not zabihah halal, not kosher, and there are even pork options on the menu.

Their vegetarian options are great though, so any muslim willing to eat at a non-halal establishment, that is interested in this restaurant, can be certain that their meatless options are worth...

Went there on break to try them out for the first time and see if they would be different then the other pizza places in area, and I was highly disappointed in the food quality and customer service compared to other pizza joints in the area. I ordered from their pasta menu and got a slop of a what should be a meal. Upon leaving I noticed this place has no integrity, zero respect for customers, only looking to make a quick dollar instead of quality food. I had asked if a fork was in the bag, the cashier had to ask someone else if they had put a fork in the bag instead of checking herself (no integrity on cashier’s part) the cook had replied he had (he lied), so I had thought I could enjoy this “food” a little bit before I had to return from my break to my disappointment I could not all because they could not be honest. I will NOT be going back there ever again, nobody should! Why would you put money into a liars pocket? Why would you spend your money at a place that does not put food quality and customers first? My office orders from Aladdin’s weekly. Every time we order is usually 7-10 orders mostly salad. We have had many instances where the driver has been late by 2+ hours. And used the same excuse each time. “I got into an accident” or “I got pulled over”... he used the excuse twice in one week until we called him out on it. Last week we called to ask when they were going to be here and they kept saying we will call the driver and find out. (office is 5 min away) 2+ hours after the food was Estimated to get here. Today we called and spoke with a manager. He promised us a discount from the late delivery last week. Today he offered us a 10 to 15% off we would have to put it all in one bill.. Customer service sucks. And the manager that was on today said that he did not care if you loses our customers (we have 15-20 people in the office that order from them weekly), he has plenty of other ones.
