Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

I went through the drive on Elsbree street, I ordered my coffee and when she repeated it to me it was wrong. I corrected her nicely,and for some reason this girl has a serious problem. She says okay is that it I said yeah. My 3 year old decides she wants a donut so I then ask if she has a stawberry frosted donut she says no is that it, I said no do you have a vanilla frosted donut she said no we dont is that it, I then replied no do you have chocolate frosted she says no, you know what ill just have her make you a strawberry frosted donut is that it. She had the most ignorant attitude. She had no reason to be like that. I didnt buy a thing. I will not be treated like that when I am giving you business. I will never go back there that was terrible. I advise everyone else who wants a good service to go to a different dunkin donuts. That...

I went here this morning and wasted 8 dollars on a cold egg and cheese sandwich which took 10 mins to make after receiving my coffee which was 3/4 filled with ice and cap was not on properly causing some to spill... the drive thru was empty, I was the only one in it and the lobby only had one customer so I am confused as to why it took 2 people 10 mins to make a sandwich especially when it was still cold. I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous and a total waste of my time and money... will never be returning to this Dunkin again... there are too many dunkins around, many of which have better service so for that I'm grateful to not have to give my business...

Donuts get thrown into bags, losing what little frosting they had to other donuts, or the inside of the bag. Folks still patronize this overpriced company, as they unilaterally decide to cancel bagel flavors, sandwich types, etc. HARDLY ANY frosting on donuts priced 3x higher than they are worth.
