Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

I'm not really sure why I go back to Dunkin' Donuts. I've never seen an establishment that can make and serve things on such an inconsistent level. It boggles my mind. Why can I order the same thing every day but yet it tastes so different every day (burnt coffee, the flavor tastes off, wrong milk, etc)? But yet, I am at fault because out of sheer convenience I keep going back.

So this brings me to this Dunkin' Donuts. For a Dunkin' it is just OK, it's average. Service is disappointing and the quality of the food and beverages is even worse, like most in the franchise. A few times ago they made my drink wrong so I went back in so they could make it correctly. I waited 5 minutes only for them to make it wrong again. Sometimes it's not worth the effort to have to exchange your drink only to be wrong again.

The 3 stars is because about a year or two ago this particular location had one of the nicest girls at the drive up. I wish I could remember her name. She was always so kind and enthusiastic and remembered me. My mom had even come with me a few times and after she would always ask how she was doing. I wish they would get more employees like this. It helps having great service when the product...

One of the top 3 WORST DD in the city, right alongside Elsbree Street and North Main near Morton. For YEARS, they've NEVER made a good coffee, the employees are always miserable and have an attitude, and you always have to repeat yourselves bc they're too busy goofing around. Today, one of the workers told the 10 customers, including myself, in line for 15 minutes already at that time that their priority was to get To-Go orders completed before helping those at the register. I then tried to order ahead on the app while in line and was told they're not accepting any other orders at this time. I ended up leaving empty handed and 15 minutes wasted, to avoid being late for work. Unfortunately, this is the closest DD to my home, but after today, I will make sure I never make the mistake of ever giving this pathetic establishment a penny of my money ever again. Thanks for wasting my time and disappointing my kids who were unable to get their treat this morning. Saying "you suck" would be a severe understatement. Do yourself a favor...

I go through this drive thru or I stop in usually every day. It used to be good service with a smile but the last 3 or 4 times I went through, I have had just rude, incompetent service. No hello, no thank you, no smile....just basically "what do you want?" like why are you here bothering us? slamming the drive thru door, etc. or going in and just standing at the register while they are busy with the drive thru. No one says I will be right with you or even acknowledges you. Then you see the tip jar on the counter.........ugh!! After this morning's service, I will be going to another Dunkin or I might even give Starbucks a try since they are closer to my house and I see they have outstanding reviews. Either way...Dunkin at Reds on Brayton Ave in Fall...
