My husband drives past this place daily, he insisted we try it since there aren't many places in Fall River with good Pizza.Its not fair to go off of just my star rating because I would break it down into a few sections.Placing the order:When I called the woman who answered made me repeat myself multiple times. I asked if they accepted credit and she wasn't sure placed me on hold and had to find out. (Thats fine, little things like that don't usually turn me off) She then came back on the line and took my order. She didn't give me a total over the phone and almost hung up with out taking my card info. With the card info I repeated my self another 3x. I give that part of my experience 2 Stars. Wait Time: Was perfect actually, took less than 20 minutes. 5 Stars. Delivery Driver: Did a little too much talking for my liking. I just like to know my total, sign my slip and get on with it. I like good customer service with out them trying too hard for a tip. 4 Stars. Now the Total.... In the Menu it states a 2 topping Large pizza is $13.00. (I ordered a Large Extra Cheese half pepperoni Pizza) Delivery is $2.00. I assumed with tax i would be paying like somewhere in the $16 range. Wrong my total came out to $17.52. I don't care about the price, but... I wanted to know how I was paying $2.52 in tax....So I called back again I am met with the woman who answered the first time. Nicely I asked if she could explain my total. With an attitude she states to someone in the background "SHE HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT HER BILL" She comes back on and says "OK it was $17.52" I asked if she could break it down....She states my 2 topping pizza was $14.50. But the MENU says $13.00? She exhales loudly like I'm challenging her.Without notice she hands the phone off to someone else.The next Female was a lot more pleasant however she explains Xtra Cheese isn't a topping it cost a lot more $2.50 for extra cheese. I thanked her and hung up. Im looking at their menu, and no where does it state that extra cheese is extra. Like its a hidden charge. However extra cheese on other items is listed for .75 cents. It's not a matter of the price, the customer service to me wasn't that great. Maybe it was just that one woman, but because of her service, I would most likely never order/eat there again. Customer service is important. It determines who comes back and who doesn't.The pizza taste amazing. Great Crust, Great Sauce,Good toppings. I'd give the Pizza a 5 Star.In conclusion, If you don't mind crappy customer service definitely go there. But if you like being treated well when you're spending money on something then don't go there. My advice for the establishment is: If You treat customers well, they return. Read moreWOULD NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO IN PERSON OR ONLINE. On Friday 4/6/18, I submitted an order online and was called by Eastern Pizza staff several minutes later asking if I was charged twice. The employee explained that they had received 2 identical orders from me. I checked my bank account, and saw that I was charged twice. I was told by the employee that I would be refunded tomorrow. By Sunday 4/8/18, I noticed that I still had not been refunded, I called eastern pizza back ask was informed that the manager would get back to me. On Monday I received a voicemail from the manager, Stephanie stating that I hadn’t been charged twice. I called my bank to verify, and they said that there were two separate charges for the same amount made by eastern pizza at 7:50 and 7:51 on Friday 4/6. I called the manager, Stephanie back and she directed me to come in and show her my bank statement. I went to eastern pizza a few hours later, to confirm that I had been charged twice that night on my banks online mobile app. Stephanie called someone named “Dino” who repeatedly claimed that there was only one charge showing on their end, despite having live access to my bank account, which clearly showed the two separate transactions. Nonetheless, they refused to issue me a refund. They were dismissive and basically blamed me for using their online ordering system. Their own staff had called me Friday night to warn me that I may have been charged twice, so I’m not sure why they were acting totally confused. I had to call my bank to put in a fraudulent claim to get refunding. Which was ridiculous for such a minimal amount. Anyways, Eastern Pizza is either into some shady business practices, or their online ordering system is unsafe. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to give them any financial information, since they’re not able to keep track of transactions and unwilling to issue refunds, even when they have full access to someone’s banking...
Read moreI’m sorry but I’ve been a loyal customer for the past five years living right across the street from your pizza place however it’s pretty easy to make a steak and cheese with only steak and cheese and mayo. however somehow I got a steak sub with only mayo and it was as dry as can be! I called to advise that I did not get the sub that I ordered and I’m told check the bread for the cheese sweetheart if only the bread was not soggy from the mayo maybe I could see some cheese but believe me by tasting it I can tell you there is nothing there and the other half of the sub is so dry that I had to put my own mayo and put cheese on it ! again I have given them so many chances and they have just gone downhill in the last 2 -3years the quality of the pizza is nasty, now it’s over sauced pizza and rubbery and the quality of their service has diminishing to just a pile of nothing ! soggy greasy and smushy subs are disgusting !!...
