I’d rather give this restaurant a zero star rating. The customer service is so disgraceful which is very disturbing to me. my daughter worked at this restaurant at one point she got fired by the lady with the snagged tooth missing teeth because an elderly lady ordered the wrong drink, and my daughter replaced her drink and she lost her job for replacing it and that manager who fired her was Lisa. When my daughter went to pick her check up, they denied my daughter her paycheck. Fast-forward I go to McDonald’s today to place an order I ordered my food along with an orange juice turns out they never gave me my orange juice so I go back and say hey you guys forgot my orange juice. Do you know the little girl said you never paid for it. OK ma’am I’ll pay for my drink. Do you know she walked away from the drive-through window and left me there for a good eight minutes, no other cars in line and there was nobody in store . The little girl does not like my daughter. They had an argument while she was working there in a past so obviously she knew I was her mom how disgusting of a restaurant to allow your employees to treat their customers like they nobody and can just walk past you and ignore you for several minutes And most importantly this particular McDonald’s is not for the community. They are right across the street from two high schools the high school students are not welcome in McDonald’s. They lock their door so the students cannot get in. They don’t even hire the students from the high school. I recommend everybody takes an extra five minutes and drive down the street to the McDonald’s on Plymouth Avenue or enjoy yourself some Burger King because this McDonald’s treat their customers and their employees like straight up garbage and the owner is very well aware of it, but I guess it’s all about what employees you can keep themselves On high standards for their community, they treat their community like trash and lock us out and when you complain, it just goes...

Mc. Donald’s was not paying attention, we called 3 times and was given different answers we waited 2 hours .. I understand they’re busy but they should not have let a different Uber person take our food .. then try to just get us off the phone ! They should have fixed it ! We just wanted our food !!
