McDonald's — Restaurant in Fall River

Worst McDonald's in fall River. They legit never ever get my food right. It's ridiculous. Today I finally decided to pull out of their drive thru after a once again horrible experience. Waited at least five minutes (watching two other cars drive off) at the drive thru with not so much as an "I'll be right with you" until I said "excuse me are you even open" and then they got all mad at me and two people tried taking my order talking over each other, then I'm trying to answer and the kid just starts talking over me, gets mad he didn't hear me and rudely is like "ok, I said did you want any sauce with that?" I was like "yes I said BBQ & sweet and sour sauce and there's also no need to be rude" he yells at me " I'm not being rude and your total is $6.09, drive up" I did at first, then I was like you know what, no. I only go there cuz it's in the Walmart parking lot, so it's convenient. This is one of those places that is only a convenient location which is why they get business, they are not a destination anyone would drive out of their way for. I would give zero stars if I could. I just went to this location to pick up a dash order 4/22/23 @2:30pm. I could see they were very busy. I had no problem waiting. Until 10 minutes later, there was no one at the counters, and they still had not helped me. I moved to the register so I could ask a question. My order number was not shown on the screen as in progress or being served. The young woman quickly got the order for me. However, some male manager intervened. He yelled at me for being in the wrong line. I let him know I had waited in the appropriate area. However, no one helped me. He started yelling at me and chased me out of the lobby. I left the order there, dropped the order in Dash and canceled the rest of my shift. If you are considering ordering delivery from them or if you are a delivery agent, you may not want to use this location. I know I will never accept the delivery from there again. It was worth tarnishing my stellar 100% rating to not do business with...

I went thru the drive thru and it was a horrible experience. I asked for one thing and didn't receive the complete order, and instead of attendant explaining it to me he started yelling at me and telling me that I just ordered it wrong and that i have to order it correct. I said i wasn't aware and that the order taker should have asked which way i wanted it but, he screamed at me that that is my job to order correctly. and was basically throwing the bag with the order at me. I thanked him for his attitude. I checked my dash cam to see if it caught this and it only caught the verbal exchange but not his face. at least i have that, which i intend to send to the owner of that McDonalds so he can see what kind of employees he hires. The manager was right there and said nothing. At the very least the manager should have stepped up and explained things in a more civil tone. and not allowed him to get away with what he did. ...
