When did it become Legal and part of an Employees job description to take photos of the customers on their personal phones??? As a customer of over 15 years I am mortified that your management team would allow that type of treatment. I spoke to the "manager" Kim and pretty much got compared to a homeless person. Had I been unfortunate enough to really be homeless is that how you treat people? That is NOT OK, I will be filing a police report for this incident and will be looking into sueing this location for violating my constitutional rights! I left a message for the general manager named Jeff and still haven't received a response. I'm sure Papa Gino's franchise would feel incredibly misrepresented and equally mortified. As I was speaking to the manager Kim, sadly enough another customer had to speak up stating they saw the entire incident and have equally experienced the same disrespectful treatment from the staff at this location. When I spoke up to address the issue with the two young ladies that were taking photos, they mocked me as a customer and laughed right in my face. Now if I had taken their phones from them to delete my photos I would have been in the wrong for taking the girls phones and violating their rights correct? Please take my photos out of your staffs Cailey's phone. The manager did not give me the other employees name...How convenient.
If I could rate this location a negative -10 rate that would be my rating. I sincerely hope to hear from...
Read moreWe got what used to be the Paparoni pizza combination - extra cheese, extra pepperoni. This is not an easy pizza to get right. It can come out a little oily, the cheese can be too stringy, it could be overcooked or burnt, etc. Most of this area's Papa Gino's (with the unfortunate exception of Somerset) do a pretty good job. Overall, they would collectively get an average of A-/A. The crew at Elsbree Street tonight served the most perfectly prepared Paparoni pizza my wife and I have ever had at Papa Gino's! A++! I told the manager and all of the crew how pleased we were with the food and service, and she pointed out a trophy that this location had won for being the Best of the Month. They had held it for 10 months straight! Judging from my experience tonight, it's a safe bet they'll have it at least another month.
I have had other menu items on occasion, and they have always been delicious and skillfully prepared. The staff takes your name when you order, but they always bring everything out if you are dining in. I cannot recommend this place too highly. If you want the best pizza in this area, this is the place to go! A "tip of my hat" to the entire crew working tonight! Thank you for a delicious dinner!!

Read moreI have frequent this establishment quite so many times over the years and the food has always been good before however currently they decided to change their menu and I will not be visiting for a while unless they change their menu back. The papa platter now only comes with rigatoni or fettuccine and they no longer offer it with spaghetti. And fettuccine with red sauce is nasty no one eats meatballs with fettuccine. Fettuccine should be made for alfredo with a cream base sauce not a red sauce. And the prices have gone up dramatically which is just ridiculous because it's the same kind of food and it tastes worse and now you're charging more money maybe you need to rethink and reconsider your choices and those are just some things that I'm not happy with anymore. The red sauce is gross now and the meatballs taste nasty. Papa Ginos is supposed to be known for their Italian food spaghetti pastas Pizza and with a bad sauce it leaves a bad taste in your mouth please consider going back to...
