I called this place, they put me on hold, I drove 11 minutes to Pleasant St. I was still on hold, I arrived at their location to see 5 ppl sitting down and having their meals. The girl asked if she could help, i said yeah, im still waiting on the phone, I'm waiting for you to take my order, she was like okay, I am sorry to keep you waiting, I told her that I was upset, i was expecting to order on the phone and when I arrive, I would just pick it up. I informed them about bad customer service and the mother tried telling me that the phone hung up, I told the mom, i showed ur daughter my phone and it was still counting and I could hear people talking on the background and ur daughter apoligized when I got here, please dont call me a liar.. Man, not even a discount offered for the trouble. I can careless about the darn discount, but it's another ball game when you try to call me a liar. You made a mistake, keep your customers happy. Will not be ordering from them again. Too bad because I really enjoyed them for awhile. Awful quality and $11 wasted with no customer service what's so ever. Edit: I didn't talk over anyone. However I ordered on line last week and wanted the chicken on the side for my salads I ordered 3 total and also a steak tips salad.
