Long live the Frosty Queen! Great is her empire! For she delivers great multitudes of tasty treats. Ice cream and shakes, sundaes and cyclones, malts and floats, all with endless toppings. She's got corn dogs and pizzas, chicken sandwiches and bacon cheese burgers. If you are only a little hungry you can order fries, curly or regular, or if you need something else get the nachos. Need a little extra? Add on the sloppy nachos. For the adventurous there is gizzards, and for the hungry and adventurous, a tub of gizzards. Fear not, steak fans, she's got you covered, with her country fried steak. Vegetarian? Contrarian? Totalitarian? Valedictorian? Well there might even possibly be something for you. Chef salads and garden salads, cheese balls and slaw. For the seafood expert, there is fish or shrimp. Tenderloins and ribs, ham or chili cheese dogs. Are you tired of eating? Gone downhill real bad. However, they are having issues with having enough employees, their sign said, though there seemed to be plenty of people working tonight. Issues were: They kept waiting on newly arriving people inside and completely ignoring the window. We waited about 20 minutes just to get to the window, the two elderly men in front of us said they'd been waiting 35 mins and hadn't been acknowledged at all. Once we finally got our cold order (to-go order, called ahead) we had to call them because we were missing food. They literally argued with me that I needed to bring in the MISSING food for a refund or to have it remade. MISSING FOOD. I'm not sure how that's possible and couldn't get the girl on the phone to understand this. She quickly became hateful and rude when I tried to explain for the third time, so I just hung up and decided the lost $15 bucks or so wasn't worth the hassle. Certainly wasn't worth wasting the gas since we don't live in Falls City. The food we did get was all wrong, so this will definitely be our last stop at this place. Too bad.
