Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Falls City

I use to go here fairly regularly but recently the people taking the orders continually get my order wrong and I have to come back to fix it. And on a couple occasions even after I went back to have it fixed they still messed up but with the young staff they didn't seem to act very professional about the situation. I've worked in the fast food industry when I was younger so I understand that mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that can turn a mistake into something good and that's not what I was met with at those times. Literally the worst service ever. I just ordered an order ahead. I had about five minutes to get there I literally got there about 10 minutes later and I waited five whole minutes before I got my food while they were hopping out other car’s food I thought the whole part of an order ahead was supposed to be fast and quick all the other sonics that I go to are really fast and I appreciate their service but this SONIC has some issues with their management and how they take out orders. I give 4 stars, only because usually they are fairly good. This time however; my fries were scant and lukewarm. My honey bbq popcorn chicken was also very scant than what I normally get. They forgot the fork and the person who brought my food didn't give correct change, though she made it right.

Update: went tonight ordered a cheeseburger, a small popcorn chicken a medium blast and small shake. Took well over 20 minutes. I timed it. So if you want your lunch for supper, this is a great place. I wonder if it all sonic restaurants are supposed to be...
