Dunkin' — Restaurant in Falls Township

I saw an advertisement for the cookie dough frozen coffe and wanted to give it a try so I came to this location since it's the closest one to my house. I've been here a few times and never had any serious issues although one time I think the indian lady at the counter couldn't understand what I was saying and messed up my order a little. But on this day they seemed like they were having trouble with the machine that blends the ice for the frozen coffee. So I told the guy at the counter I would just get something else if the machine was broken but he was like no its ok we got it working again. So finally I get my one drink after waiting 10 minutes for them to fix the machine. The drink tasted fine but I couldn't drink half of it because it was just one solid chunk of ice frozen together. So I go to dump out the melted ice the next day and a piece of grey plastic bag pours out the cup. The only grey plastic bags they have at that location are the trashbags. That probably explains why my stomach was a mess all night. That really makes me question the cleanliness of this place. But seriously though, how does a piece of trash bag end up in the ice machine in the first place? Is somebody just not changing their gloves after taking the trash out? I don't get it. But either way I'm not coming back to this...

I just moved back to the area. This used to be a Dunkin worth going to even though they didn’t have a drive through. After this morning I will never step foot in the dunkin again. I ordered a vanilla chai, bagel, and an iced water with lemon. I have been to at least 5 different Dunkins in the last 8 months where my order has been the same every day. I am almost 9 months pregnant and dealing with the worst carpel tunnel to the point that I cannot open a bottle of water so instead I order a large water with a straw. The lady at the counter refused to give me an iced water. I asked her to reconsider and reassured her I was willing to pay for a bag of ice, how every other dunkin rings me up. Considering a bag of ice is well more than a slice of a lemon, a plastic cup, and tap water - this should have been reasonable. However the lady still rudely refused and said “I don’t do that here. No.” If I wasn’t running late for work I would’ve went to a different Dunkin but NEVER again will I come here. This is why ppl spend more money at Starbucks - not only is the coffee better but the customer experience is worth the price and they give you FREE water without a bat of an eyelash....

OK the people who work here are all idiots. I swear they don't know how to read. I did an order on doordash today and the driver brought me the completely wrong order, so I went there to only find out that they skipped over my order and never made it. After trying to explain to me how doordash works, which I already knew, I'm not stupid. How they gonna question me, when I had my order pulled up on my phone and walked in to my order not sitting on the pick up rack? Morons. But they need to get it together over there and learn to read. Every time I do an order it's wrong or something is missing. If I go back, I won't be doordashing anymore, I learned my lesson after today and then having to deal with their stupidity...
