JoJo's Ice Cream and Water Ice — Restaurant in Falls Township

I want to thank the employees of JoJo's for helping to make my sister's 65th birthday a great success by creating an awesome ice cream cake (vanilla, mint chocolate and ganache), my sister's favorite with customized wording on the top. Last season, I treated my good friend and business associate who is 84 years old to the JoJo's experience. He ordered a vanilla/coffee milk shake and after tasting it he said that this milk shake reminded him of the shakes that he used to get from the drugstore soda fountain from when he was a child. He also said that since his childhood, no one other than Joe has been able to recreate that exact experience. I also find that each member of the staff always does their best to make sure that every customer enjoys their experience. I highly recommend that everyone try JoJo's. You will keep coming...

What can I say, I LOVE ICE CREAM ESPECIALLY HOMEMADE SOFT SERVE and it's a close call BUT I'm my book JoJo's vanilla/chocolate swirl homemade HANDS DOWN is the BEST!! If you have little ones DON'T WORRY cause ONLY at JoJo's with every cone comes a DRIP CATCHER!! that's rite, it's a little cup with an edge that the cones for right in, and it comes with every cone,!! But what I've been hearing they got all kinds of different Sundaes that you MUST MUST TRY!! THANK YOU JoJo's for serving us with great ice cream all these years!! I did not even have time to pull my mask out of my pocket before the dark hair girl working Saturday nights said something very rude about not having a mask on. This is the second time this month this same employee has been disrespectful and rude. I was over 10 feet apart, outside and also not one person was at JoJo’s besides myself. HORRIBLE mannerism and customer service. Dairy delight has much friendlier staff and better ice cream. I will never return back to this sad excuse for a business. Totally disgusted...
