Came in at 6pm on New Yearās Eve with my family, including two kids. Restaurant closes at 8 on New Yearās Eve. We were trying to decide whether to eat in the bar or restaurant but because we had kids we decided on the restaurant. The waitress, who was āhelpingā us decide, yelled an obscenity that starts with the letter F and then threw her pen at the register and stormed away. We sat down trying to figure out if it was us or if she just remembered something. She came out from the back talking loudly to a co-worker, āYou might as well transfer it back to me!ā She then threw each menu on the table in front of us. My boyfriend told her that if us being there was a problem we could leave. She said, āNo itās not...what do you want to drink?ā But didnāt offer any explanation for her behavior. My mother who is a hard working women and respectful member of the community was mistreated at the restaurant this morning. Server Megan W. Ignored my momās request multiple times for a box for her un eaten portion of food. Megan took her plate with no acknowledgement smirked with other waitressās and trashed her food. She mocked & humiliated my mother as she paid. My mother is deserves better. Megan is claiming to be the general manager if this is the case Iām appalled. I reached out to the owner Bob Bevington. Absolutely a heartbreaking experience. My mother has a medical condition where she is unable to finish most plates of food. She is a paying customer and paid for the meal Megan trashed. Unbelievable. What happened to customer service. Very Rude and...

Prior to Corona this was no problem whatsoever and having the hot sauce already on the table was a convenience i appreciated and this is unfortunately a sign of the times that this is now an issue. These both seem like very easy changes a business could make though to allow customers to feel more comfortable. The food is still top notch though and highly...
