They WILL scam you out of your money and give you no pizza. My boyfriend and I made an order that came out to about $40. Our delivery driver was Cyakka. She called us to ask us where to put our pizza. That's when I got up to get my purse and ran down to meet her. I waited about three minutes but no one had shown up. We called the store to ask where the pizza was and they just said that Cyakka dropped it off on the porch. We have two different doors and a walkway where she could have put the pizza, but those are only accessible through one driveway and I was certain I had never seen anyone enter our driveway. I didn't want to bother the night manager so I just said I would double check and we hung up. I checked all over the walkway and porch and it was not there. We called back to say that it was not there and the manager seemed very irritated at this point. She just said she would call us back when Cyakka was available. We waited a long time with no call, so we had to call again. Finally, we were put in touch with Cyakka. We explained that the delivery never came. I was about to ask if she had brought it to the wrong house but before I even got two words in she sarcastically said "Did you open your door and look down at the porch?" She said this so disrespectfully I can not even fully describe it in writing. She spoke to us as if we were five-year-olds. After she said that she immediately hung up on us. We called back again to explain that no pizza had ever come to our house and we demanded a refund. The night manager told us that we would be issued a refund. We never got that refund. Just a few days ago our house received a Domino order. We took it in and everyone in the house assumed it was another roommate's order. It wasn't. The delivery drivers are just so incredibly incompetent that not only did they deliver our food to another person's house and not issue us a refund, but they delivered someone else's order to our house too. They probably didn't issue them a refund either. If you ordered Dominos about two days ago and ordered garlic knots, cheesy bread, bone-in chicken, and a pizza (that I think had some kind of onions on it?) then I am sorry and I hope you receive your refund. Lastly, I just want to say that I have worked as a pizza delivery driver in the past where I got paid below minimum wage and I would NEVER act like this to a customer. Her actions and attitude are not justifiable by how little...
Read moreWe order from our local Domino's quite frequently. I have only had one negative experience in the last 10 years, and... It was that my wings didn't have any sauce on them. Seriously, if that is the worst problem I have then I have some issues. They always make great pizza, and are always very prompt. The drivers have always been very nice, especially dealing with my crazy dog jumping all over them. I try to restrain her but she loves people so it's quite difficult. Personally, I love our local Domino's and would recommend them to anyone. Their hand tossed crust is my favorite. On a side note though... I hear (from a very good friend) that they need to treat their drivers better, and maybe a pay raise is in order. It would be a good way to keep your staff staying longer and feel appreciated more. Regular customers really enjoy seeing the same faces on a weekly basis. I've been in customer service for almost 30 years so I feel okay giving my thoughts on...
Read moreDomino's used to be a good place to get a Pizza, what with the "Get one Large Pizza, get a Second One Free" type of Pizza Deal. Me and my Family would enjoy it but the past two days have drastically changed my outlook on the matter:
Yesterday tried to get One Large Sausage Pizza and a Large Chicken Pizza using my "Get one Large and the Second One Free" Was told that I was stacking two coupons which might I add NEVER happened in the time that we've gotten pizza from them.
I just heard my family tell me that while she was speaking with Domino's over the phone that a Small Chicken Pizza was $14.99, something that I just find blatantly outrageous.
As far as I'm concerned, my business with Domino's Pizza has come to a conclusion for the foreseeable future.
