Dunkin' — Restaurant in Falmouth

The staff are overall pretty kind, but every single time I go, without fail, there's an issue. Last straw leading to a review was when I used mobile ordering to get two breakfast sandwiches, two wakeup wraps, and two donuts for my brother and I. Showed up twenty minutes after ordering to give them time, and one sandwich and the two donuts were the only things done. After waiting in the store for my other items for a decent amount of time and realizing the food wasn't coming, I informed them that I still needed another sandwich, and two wraps. They said they would make the rest of the items, and I informed them that I would be back as I wanted to deliver some of the food to my brother, as he was hungry and it had already been a WHOLE 45 MINUTES. I came back five minutes later, and there was still nothing. Waited an additional five minutes in store until I went up and informed them AGAIN that I was waiting on a breakfast sandwich and two wraps. Only THEN did they start to make the rest of my order, and I waited in store until they were done. Waited a total of an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for a Dunkin Mobile Order. Not to mention, this is definitely not the first issue I've had with this...

Yesterday morning on our way to Logan airport my family had the pleasure of eating breakfast at this location. There were six of us and both Cindy Howard and her coworker gave our entire family the warmest welcome and excellent food. I would especially like to thank Cindy Howard for her extraordinary kindness. She went above and beyond by helping me out personally without missing a beat helping other customers. I am a business owner from Florida and sincerely appreciated the teamwork and positive attitude our entire group experienced. I've already shared this information with several friends and family who live near this Dunkin Donuts. We will most certainly visit and eat there again as often as...

my friends and i came to get breakfast and it was really busy and they got all of are orders wrong. my friends respectfully asked for them to re make them. the workers were very nice and re made the drinks for us. this ADULT lady sitting there started to harassing and calling use names like “trash” and “fucking assholes” just because we wanted are drinks right.
