Just came in for caffeine, immediately upon entering I see and hear a power tripping manager (I’m assuming) berating an employee that was standing behind the counter. She went on about his attitude as if she was scolding a toddler and yet, he was a full grown man. The brunt of it was she didn’t like his “tone”. As someone who has also been talked to like this for my perceived “tone” in conversation, I had to hold back from correcting this wild manager in front of her subordinates, as I’m sure it would only make the very public scene worse. I’m currently on hold with this location, I’ll find the store number and will be making a formal complaint once I get her name. This was unbelievably unprofessional, a true instance of a small minute amount of power going straight to an otherwise unremarkable woman’s head.
To the employees, I am sincerely saddened that you have to put up with such garbage management and hope it gets corrected. As if working at a gas station isn’t hard enough, I can’t fathom dealing with a power tripping irate and highly emotional manager...
Read moreI had paid for gas on pump 4 and the guy asked so "you're on pump two?" I said no I'm on pump 4. He said ok. I went to pump my gas and he had put the prepay on pump 2. I went back to ask it to be switched to where I actually was on pump 4 and the dude was completely argumentative and confrontational. You need to have better hiring proccess if these are the characters you are employing. I will not be returning to this location...
