Nice new building, easy to get to, clean! I like the layout, it was easy to see where to go to pick up your mobile order. I also like the display of sizes behind the register so you know exactly what size you'll be getting. One drawback to the mobile ordering via the app is you can't use any kind of perk (coupon, bday freebie, etc) via the app that I could tell, also the app prompts you to place the order once you ARRIVE so it's fresh. What would be the point of preordering on an app? I get that your order could include ice cream that can't sit around but... We placed our order as we were leaving our house (thank goodness) because they hadn't even started making them yet once we arrived.😏 Other than that, like I said it was clean which is more than I can say for...

If you live in the area and need DQ, do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Since the location is new, I can forgive the kid at the register who didn't know what he was doing. But my to-go order came out wrong--ranch instead of gravy and 14 whole french fries with my meal (yes, I counted). My blizzard was missing an ingredient, wasn't blended all the way down to the bottom, and was served to me dripping. The fountain soda tasted very, very wrong, as well. I tried a couple different flavors and they all tasted like the syrup ratio was off. There were three other tables all upset while I was waiting for food because they were missing their food or only half their order had been served. Nobody really seems to know what...

I live 0.2 miles away from this location and I have a serious ice cream addiction, so I come here every day. Nothing but bad experience after bad experience. I wrote a complaint once before with no resolution. The complaint was about very seriously rude employees. This is the glass in my blizzard last night. I just went tonight and my blizzards were half full. Asked if they could be filled, got plain vanilla ice cream with no toppings. I’m so tired of this and wish the owner would do something. Very very disappointing. I have cancer and a mentally disabled son, it’s so much easier to go here instead of a different location. I’m so glad my son didn’t eat...
