Starbucks — Restaurant in Fargo

Well well, there is a long list of issues with this store. I don’t know who manages this store but they certainly should be demoted to a team member. I don’t understand how you can always be out of things. Not only that but how do you run out of things when your only open half the time you say you are. Every single time I come here I have to get something that I didn’t come to get. The staff also seems to have a bit of an attitude in the drive thru, when they say they don’t have something they act like I’m supposed to know that already. The app is never updated based on what they have in stock, and sometimes the app even says they will be out of something when they actually aren’t. The drive thru also takes a considerable amount of time considering this place primarily makes drinks which doesn’t require a lot of prep time. It would probably help if the staff would stop snapchatting (yes you can see their phone screens from the drive thru) when people are waiting for stuff. I’m not leaving a review because I want something for free or for “my experience to be made right”, I’m leaving a review to highlight the issues that happen seemingly everyday, it’s bothersome that these things have been happening for so long and no one seems to have any urgency to fix them. This is one of two of the best Starbucks locations in the FM area. Staff are friendly and attentive and will go above and beyond for their customers. One situation we had experienced was earlier in the summer season when the Starbucks App failed and the barista had to take our order at the window. They were sooo busy (even the lot was packed beyond full) as it was a Saturday but the team were kind and dealt with the matter exceptionally well. To keep the drive line going and due to no parking they brought out our order so we could shark the lot. It went really smooth and was greatly appreciated. This is a site that other locations can learn from what great customer service truly is.

Another good location is 13th Ave in Fargo. Great service and ambience but the location is cumbersome if you intend to use the drive through during busy times as it is in the center of a strip mall. Plenty of parking and inside the store is spacious so preferable to the drive through during...

After being our go to for a while, this location somehow had dropped in commitment this specific Sunday. We placed our order 5-7 minutes before arriving, and we were prepared to wait somewhat when we get there. But when we arrived (slightly before our order pickup window),we saw a few different employees leasurely chatting, while the list of orders kept piling up. 5-7 minutes AFTER my pickup window, my order was just removed from the que, with the app telling me that it's ready, with none of the employees actually working on it. After being 10 minutes PAST my pickup window I finally got my drink, 2 minutes after "it was ready". Not to mention, that I hope that I'm mistaken, but I thought I saw an employee changing a sticker on a drink that was sitting there for a bit, melting (it was a frappuchino), to a new sticker (for a different person), and then calling their name.
