I suppose it would be best put this way I have been raised around food. My mother had her own catering business for 30+ years the whole goal of any restaurant or establishment that you’re selling food from is to give your customer the best experience and to choose items on your menu that you make. Here’s a thought instead of putting 40 things on your menu and trying to have so many options that no one can make up their mind instead give us 12 to 14 items but make those items the best not just the hamburger that everybody sells at their restaurant and slaps their name in front of it. Your customers are looking for more than just value. They’re also looking for quality and flavor and some thing that they wouldn’t mind coming back to two maybe three times a week and that’s this place there’s so many other restaurants and bars just like it. Food was bad, service was bad. The burger tasted like it had not been seasoned, just ground beef from the packing thrown straight in a pan, pop was flat, beer was flat. I had to go to the bar to ask the server for refills on those flat drinks. To top it off they don’t take credit or debit card, so for someone like myself who had never been, it would have been nice had there been signs on the door, tables, walls… somewhere! Luckily I do carry some cash. Server was rude when I handed her my debit card, like I was supposed to know they don’t take card. She spent all of her time at the bar (barely even needed to be because they all seemed like regulars talking to her & each other), we would have to wait on her even after making eye contact. First time being there and let me tell you that the service was pretty good from all three persons I delt with. The food we had was satisfying and fair prices on both food and drinks of your kind. The main reason for the stop by was to do a little karaoke and hang with good friends which turned out awesome. There is one thing you must prepare for before visiting this establishment and that is get out however much money you want to spend first cause they only take cash.
