Rolling noodles and dumplings — Restaurant in Farmersville

I recently visited the Rolling Noodles & Dumplings food truck in Downtown Farmersville, and I must say, the experience was delightful! I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5.

Starting with the orange chicken, the sauce was spot-on—not overly sweet, with a zesty hint of orange peel that popped up now and then. The chicken mix did include both dark and white meat, which wasn't my preference since I tend to steer away from dark meat, but it was still quite palatable.

The fried dumplings were decent. A few were a bit too hard, but overall, they held up well with a good flavor that complimented the main dishes.

Now, the standout for me was definitely the lo mein. It was hands down the best I’ve had in the area, surpassing options from Greenville, Princeton, Rockwall, and even Garland. It had just the right amount of seasoning and a great texture that kept me coming back for more.

Rolling noodles and dumplings is a food truck located next door to PSF and across from Wood and Time Smokehouse off of Main St in downtown Farmersville.

The staff was awesomely friendly and very helpful and informative regarding the menu. During my visit, I ordered the homemade vegetable egg rolls and the jumbo shrimp lo mein. I was offered a shady spot to sit and wait during the short time it took for my food to be prepared😎⛱️

Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The egg rolls were flaky and crispy, & the duck sauce was a great combination of tangy and sweet.

The jumbo shrimp lo mein was loaded and tasty. I counted at least 10 shrimp, and the noodles were cooked to perfection.🍤🍜The cabbage and carrots added the perfect crunch!🥕🥬

Bonus: I was easily able to eat my meal for lunch AND dinner…very generous portions and bang for your buck!

Oh my word this food is awesome 👌 Generous portions! Steamed dumplings taste homemade, Sesame Cold Noodles are perfect for when you're hungry in this hot weather so filling but refreshing! - I'll be ordering that again no question. The Shrimp lo mein did not mess around, it was FULL of jumbo shrimp perfectly done w/noodles and the CABBAGE! My hubby was losing it over how well everything was done, loves a tender crunchy slice of cabbage I ordered the Orange Chicken lo mein, it was so so good still crispy under the sauce and time it took me to drive home, MEATY, so much chicken&noodle Worth every penny, I want to stop every time...
