Picked up an order just now and I wait patiently and no one says a word to me. I wait for 5 minutes and more people walk in and the staff helps the people that walked in way after me as I’m not standing there.
Then I said “excuse me I’m picking up an order” then he points to a few orders which was on the table.
I then say “ I wasn’t sure if that was mine” and before I get a chance to say anything else he turns his head.
Listen I don’t know what you all do in your country but here in America we are not rude when going into establishments. We don’t take or touch anything unless there is a sign that says “grab mobile order” or unless am employee helps us.
I am respectful and polite and do not grab orders until I get confirmation by employees. I waited in the line. Not one person said a word to me. Plus it didn’t help that the order recipe was covered by a sticker and I couldn’t see the name properly to check if it was mine even if I were to grab it.
Next time please address people when they are coming into the store. I waited and waited, but you guys ignored me assuming I was going to grab an order. No! I have never been to this place before so how would I know to just grab without checking in with employees Especially if there isn’t a sign that says to do so. The proper thing is to wait in line which I did yet you all were persistent on ignoring me.
That’s rude!!! Don’t bring that here to...
Read moreHonestly, the food is delicious. I definitely would go back just for the food. The customer service however, needs to be worked on. I walked in to pick up an online order and I told the person working behind the counter I was there for that reason. He stares at me and says with attitude, “yeah, I’m working on it…”. I said thank you and I walked to the side to wait without another word. When my order was ready, the same person looks at me and says “hello…it’s done!” So I went to the counter to grab the bag. I made sure everything was in there and he proceeded to say “you were too early…”. I’m not sure if he meant that as a joke but I was honestly too tired to engage and call him out for his attitude. The thing that bothered me the most, is that the manager/owner was standing right there and didn’t say a word. I don’t need to be sucked up to, all I ask is for politeness and courtesy. I know places are short staffed and as a human being, I recognize that and usually try to make the server feel at ease and leave a higher tip for working so hard. The attitude caught me off guard and was completely unnecessary… all for coming 5 minutes early on my way home to bring my family dinner.
Update: my husband went a couple of weeks ago and comes home and tells me “you’re right, I got nothing but attitude and we won’t...
Read moreThe WORST customer service. I walked in around 10 minutes ago to place an order and was greeted once which was a good start (I was hoping that it would continue to be good 🙃). There was one person ahead of me in line, so I waited patiently, but there were two men working, and the one was just leaning on the countertop doing nothing, when he could have been taking an order. I continued to wait a few more minutes while the other staff member talked to the customer ahead of me about drink options, but then he walked out from behind the counter to have a casual conversation (not sure if they were friends?). I was very clearly ready to order, but didn’t want to be perceived as rude by asking the gentleman behind the counter for assistance (that’s also HIS job to ask the customer). I’m upset that this was my first impression of this new restaurant. I am a young adult that has worked in customer service for over 10 years as an exemplary employee and manager (and in the food service industry), so I am coming from a position of experience and knowledge. I will not be back, and will tell others not to support poor work ethic and bad manners. What is happening to customer service, manners and work ethic? Yikes. Steer clear if you have a sense of integrity regarding professional conduct...
