During a recent visit to this store, I approached the counter and no one was there. I waited awhile and then I went to the pick up counter where I was ignored. I finally said excuse me, only to have the woman put her finger up and keep going. I then got back in my car and went through drive thru. I know what you readers are thinking. Why give them another chance? I placed my order and gave them my phone number so my purchase would be recorded in the rewards program. When I got to the window and paid, I did not receive a receipt and asked for it. My phone number had not been entered. Sloppy customer service at best and a cover up at worst. Won't go back to this location. Will become an infrequent Panera Bread customer because customer service and inconsistent preparation of food is becoming the norm across all stores. Their food cost too much to put up with the issues I mentioned in this post. I can go to Chili's and get table service for the same...

I give the staff alot of credit for having to deal with customers that expect pre-pandemic service. I gave 2 star because I pre-ordered the food online expecting a quick pick up because it stated online Cafe pickup. When I arrived I was informed by a sign on the door that dining room was closed and I needed pick up through drive through. Only problem is now I have to wait behind literally 10 cars which were mixed with other pick-ups as well drive through orders which ended up taking 15 minutes. Now the soups Luke warm and I ended up wasting time waiting in line.

I work at an office near here and we ordered lunch and breakfast all the time. However they switched over to door dash for their delivery service and it’s GARBAGE. I ordered the night before to have dropped at 7:45-8:00 since it was food for an office. 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees and a dozen bagels. It didn’t arrive until 8:30. You could tell the store was over it because I called to find out what was happening the person sounded frustrated about even having to answer that question. Needless to say, door dash sucks.
