Beau's Bayou Smokehouse — Restaurant in Farmington

Really great quality food here. The food comes out fresh but still very fast. The blackened chicken is awesome, way better than anything I've had at a dine in restaurant. My only complaint is that there's no blackened chicken sandwich. Please put that on the menu! You've got everything for it already, just chicken, slaw and bread. I would come all the time if that was offered! All around though, great local eatery! Also, if you sell that blackened chicken in bulk, I'm buying all of it. It's legit the best chicken ever. Bottle and sell the blackened seasoning at least so I can try and mimic your recipe at home!

5/22/25 I wanted to come and update my review. I just ordered BBQ from the new Rudys. Yall... don't waste your time or money or appetite at Rudys. Beau has them beat by miles! If you want real bbq, real food where you can literally taste the talent and clear love of the culinary arts that goes into it then Beau is your guy. I'm kicking myself right now that I didn't go where I know is best and order Beaus ribs and pulled pork. Best bbq in the whole of NWA. tell you what people go by try his food talk to him he's the man I've had most of the items on the menu and he's always doing pop-ups by far the best food truck I have found in Northwest Arkansas I have seen him make his stuff homemade right in front of me the po boys are delicious the boudin balls are to die for go hit him up he's always posting specials on Facebook. social media is the biggest part of food nowadays and he's got it goin on awesome food awesome people hope he sticks around for a very long time I'm a dedicated every Tuesday customer. I've been wanting to eat here for over a year and I finally took the opportunity to do it. As you should be able to see in my pictures, the sausage on top is the gator and it was almost as good as Beau's personally homemade smoked country sausage. Both are full of flavor as the gator doesn't have any wildness to it, so I had to ask to make sure which sausage was which. I definitely loved the blackened chicken afredeux despite it being plane Jane to bring out the robust fresh made daily sauce. The chicken wasn't overly cooked or burnt. It had the right amount of smokey chardnes to compliment the noodles. I could eat either separately and not be disappointed.
