Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Farmington

I have ordered from this DQ probably about 7 times in the last calendar year and my order has only been correct once. That means for me, they have has a success rate of 14%. I don't know if the employees somehow know me and secretly are out to get me by messing up simple orders, but it makes me really sad sometimes.

The only reason I have continued to go is because of the close location to my home and it's usually because I'm too tired to go anywhere else. You know how depressing it is to work 10 hours, daydreaming about a burger, ordering one, and it be the exact opposite of what you ordered? It's enough to make you cry.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the order they did get correct was chicken tenders which were hot and fresh.

Just please check your orders with the ticket before sending them out the window. I'm starting to go out of my way to not go to DQ just because I don't want a messed up order. I feel like I'm whining but they aren't complex orders, but yet I seem to get the wrong...

This is the first and only review I’ve ever written so you know I’m fed up. I definitely won’t be returning to the Farmington DQ. The last few times I’ve gone to DQ the food quality has been mediocre yet I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, after tonight I refuse to waste my money there anymore. For starters, I received a large Dr Pepper that was not Dr peppers but straight carbonation. I poured the whole thing out as soon as I got home. Next I ordered a salad and when I opened the container it looked like they just gave me their leftover scraps. It was far from the quality it used to be. The cheese was the worst part because it looked like a pre made slice that had been cut into pieces that of course clumped together. And lastly the chicken strip sandwich was pitiful. It’s more bread and tomato than anything! I used to be a big fan of DQ but they’ve worn my patience and I’m so over it. I hope the other locations take a little more pride in the quality of their food then the Farmington...

I asked about the burgers on the 2 for 4 . Was told they came with pickles catchup and cheese. Ordered 2 and told them no cheese. And also ordered the 4 piece chicken and waffle and a flame thrower burger. Get to the window and asked to be sure there was no cheese on the 2 for 4 burgers because of allergies and complications. There was no cheese but globs of mustard. So I asked to fix it. Ketchup pickles nothing else. Gave the food back that was not right kept the items that were right Told to pull up to the sign in front of me. Sat there for 15 minutes. Decided to call and enquire why they haven't brought my corrected order, been sitting at the sign they told to pull to, meanwhile the food that was right is now cold. I was I was told ' oh , he got busy '. Not the kinda service I would expect from Dairy Queen. I've been a Dairy Queen customer for decades and this was probably the worst experience I've been involved in with this restaurant. No remorse...
