Starbucks — Restaurant in Farmington

As someone who visits Starbucks nearly every morning—and travels frequently, visiting locations across the country—I’ve always appreciated the consistency and high standards the brand is known for. Unfortunately, this particular location has steadily declined in both quality and customer service, especially in the drive-through.

This morning, I ordered my usual matcha, but the cup was overwhelmingly filled with sweet cream foam, leaving very little actual drink. When I politely pointed this out at the window, I was told it had just “settled”—despite the fact that I had just picked it up minutes after being told it was still being prepared. It felt dismissive and unhelpful.

When I expressed that the drink wasn’t right and that calling the store later didn’t resolve the issue of having my order corrected now, I was met with a lack of empathy and no solution.

I strongly recommend this location take a step back and reevaluate its approach to customer service. Starbucks is known for going above and beyond to make things right, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect...

My wife and I are coffee addicts and love both Starbucks and Onyx. When we have time to sit down and socialize or can wait longer we go to onyx, when we are in a rush we order through mobile app at starbucks. I live in Bentonville but work 2-days a week in Farmington and this is by far the worst Starbucks in NWA so far. Staff is not pleasant, very rude, I can't tell you the number of mobile orders between both my wife and I that have been screwed up and not what we ordered, even though instructions are literally printed on a sticker. I complained once in a settle and professional manner and they seemed so inconvenienced and rude about remaking it, I just dont' bother going there again. I have them chance after chance and I just can't do it. BE AWARE... The two in Bentonville are MUCH better, VERY friendly, go above and beyond, and luckily not once have messed up yet (which we're all human, I understand occasionally but consistently and then to be rude...

This Starbucks is the closest to my house, so I go here a few times a month. It is conveniently located off Main Street in Farmington. The staff is always really nice and the service is relatively fast. The only issue I have is that they have a lot of upcharges on drinks that I am not always told about. Also the new lavender drink, was white, not lavender (although it tasted good) and when I asked about it in the drive thru she just told me thar is how it looks (not true- compared to other locations). Anyway, I learned not to get any specialty drinks here, but they are good for the tried and true menu.
