Update May 18 2019 Just as bad as ever. Made mobile orders and told them at the counter about them. Person proceeded to fight about there being no order, meanwhile my order receipt was dangling from the drive thru printer as it had been for the last 10 minutes... She finally acknowledge it and it it takes another 15 minutes for just a damned Whopper. Husband's order was missing drinks and nugget sauce, workers were sassy about correcting their problems and actually giving missing items.
This location hasn't shown any improvement in the past 3 months and is now a last on my list for fast food on this side of town.
Old review: Worst Burger King in Farmington for service. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and the employee sweeping the floor saw us pull up and they locked the door to keep us from coming in to order. Came back a few days later for lunch and while our order was taken quickly when we tried to get their attention at the counter for sweet tea refills they refused to even acknowledge the counter for 10+ minutes. The mobile coupon app for Burger King still does not work at the store two years after it opened, despite them advertising it outside the store!
The other night we tried to go to this very Burger King, arrived 10 minutes before closing time and someone inside saw us pull in, rushed over and locked the doors before we could even get out of the car.
Today I wanted sweet tea, the sweet tea at the fountain drink area was empty and you had to go up to the front to get more sweet tea. The problem with that is when the people behind the counter ignore you and also ignore all the other people trying to Place orders, or check on the status of a forgotten order. They refuse me service all the time, asking to call ahead when I order that at this location otherwise I have to come back at a different time. Today I wanted to start my day with a Craving I had for the past few days. I called ahead for a burger due to only having cash, but the employee on the phone was just saying use the App. I'm sorry, but I don't think you need to know the reason why I can't use the app. Then I go pick up the order. The guy that talked on the phone was the one helping me. Giving me a hard time, and says "Next time use the App", then has a different employee finish helping me.
