Taco Bell — Restaurant in Farmington

I stopped by Taco Bell off of Hwy 265 near Crossover in Fayetteville. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes with no tomatoes.

The girl was very nice & friendly, and she smiled at me. A meaningful smile, in my opinion, is essential for anyone who works with the public. So I really appreciated that.

She handed me my bag and I parked in a nearby parking lot to eat. Upon opening the bag, I grabbed one of the tacos, and much to my dismay, it had tomatoes. In fact, both tacos did.

So I went back and went in this time. I carried the bag in and told them that I had just gone through the drive thru but received my tacos with tomatoes by mistake.

They were very nice and apologetic. They told me that they would make 2 more tacos and no tomatoes this time.

They even gave me a couple of coupons. Each coupon was for one free taco. I found that to be very commendable.

Then, one of the employees came to the counter and gave me the new bag of tacos. She was very sweet, and told me how sorry she was for the mistake. I assured her that everything was fine and that mistakes happen. I thanked her for being so kind.

Then, I left with a new bag of tacos. I drove back to the same parking lot and happily enjoyed 2 fresh tacos with no tomatoes. Those tacos were...

Not usually one for complaining to this extent but I had to share after the multiple problems I've had with this location recently. Where I live I have very few options where I can get doordash. Taco Bell being one of them, and I've been obsessed with the volcano taco meal! I've had two different occasions where items were not delivered to me. Once the taco and another time the burrito. Today I went through the drive thru because I wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. The two men in front of me in the line were handed a sack that they went through right before handing it back through the window. It was the wrong order. They were handed back 2 boxes. I knew immediately they had been handed my bag. I pulled up to the window where I was given my rummaged through bag and a drink that was the wrong size and the wrong drink. When I made that know to the employee he argued with me about how that drink came with the meal. I told him I understood that but I just paid him for a large drink and I didn't want the medium that came with the meal. He gave me a thumbs up, barley listened to me say it was a large and when I got home I had a burrito that was falling apart and so greasy it was disgusting. I'll eat from the MLK location...

Ok this trip was not good compared to previously. When someone ask for no rice ( allergy) extra beans or something is normally added. This was maybe 2 Tbs of beans, 2-3Tb chicken, for $8

Next trip there- It just gets worse. I can’t have flour tortillas. Allergic. I ordered two tacos I get to work and their soft tacos. It just never fails if a teenager waits on me my order is going to be wrong.

Many months later- nachos. I asked if there was tomatoes on it they said I asked for onions and some jalapeño also there's almost no meat on it. I don't know why I keep going back and torturing myself I've been to Taco Bell's all over the country. I think the one in Farmington is the worst to not care about giving you meat on your food or any of the other things. It's almost like it's coming out of their own paycheck or something to put food...
